i didnt know of this organization. but here in ohio we have something about like that its the rennasance festival and has been held from august to october i think . i do love these kinds of events.,

There are many such groups. The HACA, Markland, Dagohir, Amtgard (also a member), and many others. It is a lot of fun. I've been doing it for over 10 years now. Well worth the time

Hehe takes a person back a decade or two just reading this. Those pics of the SCA battles are a hell of a lot more accurate than the team of miscreants and rabble rousers I remember 'crossing swords' with.
