I consider myself to be an eccentric individual. My tastes in music, movies and the things that interest me are quite diverse. I enjoy listening to anything from Classical to Metal to Celtic/New Age. Horror movies have never really appealed to me. I do have a passion for science fiction/fantasy and anything historical. Braveheart, Legends, Sleepy Hollow,The 13th Warrior, Practical Magic, Six days and 7 Nights, Both Mummy movies, Harry Potter movies, Ice Age, Brother Bear, Muppets Christmas, Dinatopia, Underworld, Van Helsing, Brams Stokers Dracula,
Pride and the Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Shall We Dance, Priates of the Carribean, I Robot, From Hell,
Brokendown Palace, Hidalgo, Hellboy,Ginger Snaps, Starship Troopers, ConeHeads, The Haunting,The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and The Core are just a few of the movies I find I can watch over and over again.
Television is something I only turn on for the companionship. The sound of another voice in an empty apartment. I do confess to watching several programs almost religiously. CSI, CSI Miami, CSI NY, Project Runway,House, Alien Nation Re-Runs,
Northern Exposure, Discovery Channel, History Channel, Animal Planet, Deep Space Nine, Are You Being Served, Rescue Rangers, Duck Dodgers and ESPN when there is figure skating or gymnastics.
What interests me runs from the mundane to the outrageous. I love old cemeteries, gothic architecture, vintage cars, hearse's both motor driven and horse drawn. I am interested in geology, vulcanology,
therians, auto mechanics, ,fae, , fishing, geneology, painting, new age medicine, death, vampires,
ancient history,traveling, Scotland, antiques, embalming techniques, herbs, dragons, football, music, writing, witchcraft, Angels, magick, religion, starseeds, indigo, internet publisher, donors, photography, paranormal research, civil war history,collecting dark art, ghost hunting, website building, lighthouses and castles.
I find pleasure in exploring places I have never been. I love lying in the grass gazing up at the night sky and wondering if there isn't someone up there looking down at me. I adore fall , the change in temps, shortening days, autumn leaves, especially the way they smell, the sound they make when people shuffle through them, how they swirl in the wind, and the fabulous colors that mother nature gives them each year.
I'm looking for friends who share a few of my interests, someone who is interested in chatting online and off.
