Download the Phantasm layout pack in the Skin Manager.
Alter the CSS file to change whatever elements you want. If the CSS file directly points to ANY graphics, make sure they are https: and not http:.
If you want to change any of the graphics, use the pack as a guide. For example, if you want to change bat.png, like I did on my profile, swap it out with another file. The only requirement is the new file must be the same name (bat.png) and the same file type (.png).
When you're done editing graphics and the the css file, upload every file (one-by-one) to your file storage.
In the skin manager, point the graphics directory and css file to your premium file storage. For example, mine is:
CSS file: https://www.vampirerave.com/premium/files/cancer/style.css
Graphics Path: https://www.vampirerave.com/premium/files/cancer/
Yours will be different.
If you don't change any of the graphics, you don't need to re-upload them to your file storage. Just point the graphics path to the Phantasm default, which is:

If you want your profile to have graphics down the left and right gutters, this is the code from my profile:

Change the background-image: url() code to point to files you upload in your file storage.
