After many years of trying to find this on DVD.. my best friend got it for me for my birthday.. I watch it religiously.. almost every weekend.. I loved this show... and still do.. though I hate the fact there are only 8 episodes...

it was ok but I didn't find it all that believable.. I would still own it if only for sentimental value I love the clan idea

When they said 'based' they meant 'very' loosely. They couldn't show malkaviens for fear of being bigoted as against psychotics, they couldn't show Tremere due to the 'occult' themes involved... And the nosferatu was 'far' too 'normal'... could have been so much more.
