Witching hour
lunar harvest a pagan delight,
amber glow a full-moon lit night.
robe slips to the dewy ground
swaying melodiously spell-bound
the soul swells ebbing to a beat
down to the soles of bare feet
dancing to a rhythm older then time
the thrill evermore sweeter then wine
beguiled moment called the witching hour
the air sizzles with un-tapped power
pentagram marks the center stage
the pyre’s aroma of parsley rosemary and sage
cyclonic magic surrounding me
blessings to the Goddess, so mote be.

I am a Witch, I came to the Craft by accident, really. I was 19 and at the library when a book fell off the shelf. I picked it up and noticed that it was an autobiography of a Wiccan who lived in my state. I checked the book out and that is what started my journey and it is ever continuing, always seeking knowledge.
I have a daughter who is also on this site. I was blessed with her in 1995. She is my MIRACLE because the doctors had told me I couldn't have children and although, I am no longer with her father, I thank him for her, she is the best of both of us. She is on this site, Briana319. I am very proud of Bri!!
I love hockey, GO CAPS!! I also love to read, go on nature hikes and walks, ghost tours, and antique collecting.
Friends say I am easy going and easy to talk to. I have an Associate's degree in Journalism with emphasis on Communication. I like to think I'm a great communicator. I try to solve problems not create them. I also am 6 credits shy of my Bachelors in Entertainment Business, I start school again in March, I have to pay so that's why the delay but looking forward to graduating and then onto my Masters, can't wait!!
I am left handed. This means I use the right side of my brain and am very creative and imaginative. Upon reading a book on LilyDale, it was stated that left handed people are old souls. Perhaps this is true but I will research this further. I always seemed older than my years, at least in my mind. I don't look as old as what I am in reality. I get carded a lot and that makes me smile:-)
