Humanity's definition of reality is what they can percieve, my definition is what is missing
Good evening
I am me, pure and simple, I'm a poet that writes both morbid dark things and painting pretty pictures with my words, it depends on my mood.
I'm from a little country down near Antarctica called New Zealand, Aotearoa, land of the long white cloud. It is amazing how many names one little country has.
I am a strong believer that words have more strength than pictures. That doesn't necessarily mean that pictures are weak, they open up emotions and thoughts with a single glance, they have meanings hidden in them that can take experts many years to decipher. This is impressive, but words when written right can weave pictures out of nothing, create imagery that is unique to each and every person, they can create people to be loved and hated, worlds that can last lifetimes in someone can be created with a good book.
There are some that cannot see pictures, but through language they can get the same feelings that someone who can't understand language can get from looking at a painting.
Art, be it verbal or visual is a very powerful thing. I believe the words are stronger, partly in the fact that I can't draw to save myself.
I've had a pretty tame life so far, just pottering away day to day getting things done, getting stories written. I have more ideas than I have hours to entertain them all.
It is amazing to think about all of the marvellous thoughts that may have been thought but not written down. How many things have died on the lips of someone that could have revolutionised the world. We might be living in space right now if someone found a reasonable way to do so, but what if nobody listened and he died penniless in the streets.
Then again, what secrets are out there that are just out of the public eye. There may be some arcane facts or formulae that wouldn't be accepted by our modern thinking that are being whispered behind our backs. All the information that you have access to have been injected into some level of today's society, ever think about what is missing?
If you want to know more, message me. I'm always up for a chat
