What is a vampire?

A vampire is a being far more advanced than a normal mortal. They are a life fource that feeds off another to sustain energy. Whether it be through blood, pshycic energy, or through magic. They take the form of a human but have a very different spirit. They are not evil nor good but a living being needing to survive. Most think vampires are what we see in the movies... NOT AT ALL. Hollywood took a not only a legend but a fact and twisted it to make it seem fictional. Truth be told vampires are a lot like humans but as I said before at the top, vampires are more advanced. We have issues with sunlight, but it doesn't kill us, it just takes away our energy. We die just like humans do. We must eat food and drink water to live. But we have to take energy from others to sustain it.
