good article, especially the parts on feeding too much and taking in excess energy. I always release any excess energy thru the crown chakra and give energy back to gaia.

when grounding I also place myself in yoga child's pose and place forehead to ground and release energy and love though forehead or third eye and heart chakra n imagine energy also overflowing and pouring out through crown ...all ways to get rid of excess energy or to energy exchange with the earth and nature.
