Em~ This made me think of your journal post the other day :)

I love it when I get something cool for free! My sis works at a restaurant and this cooler was collecting dust. Coca-Cola came around and tagged it and told her she could get rid of it or they would pick it up the next time around. I have someone welding me up a cool kick plate and I will use a cool tap handle for the door handle. May or may not leave the graphics. I added 2 tap handles with the possibility for 4. It will hold up to 4, 1/6 BBL kegs and a case of bottles!

Since it is cold as hell out, I decided a nice pot of chili was a good idea today! I am debating on trying out putting some corn in there as it sounds like it might be good. I already have tomatoes, a pound of mushrooms, green pepper, onion and fresh garlic in there and 3 beans and a bag of Boca crumbles. LOL

1 TBL chili powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp coarse black pepper



Blend together in mortar and pestal or food processor and use as you normally would use the packet taco seasoning. I make taco cheese out of it too. I shred my cheese and put it in a ziplock and sprinkling some in then shake.

Tonight is the last hurrah before classes start back up on Monday. I have 4 bottles of Raging Bitch (Thanks for making me want some Fangor) Plus I have some home brew and some other stuff. I see some cam time happening as the night unfolds...

I officially have my tickets for Suicide Commando in NYC, Memorial Day weekend. Justin said he wished he could keep liking my fb status. Going to be a great weekend! Now hotel time. I have been looking at reviews and what not and need to make a decision soon as I know the prices will just go up since it is a holiday weekend.
