I swear my time was 253.40 last time I looked and within like 10 minutes it went to 253.49 O.o



Maybe I looked at my other pros time, but I dunno. Seems odd.

This past weekend was chock full of brewing! I did 5 gallons of cider on Friday and Saturday and Sunday I did 7 gallons of my IPA. Since I still have an empty 5 gallon carboy, I will do another batch of cider but use a different yeast. I am definitely looking at making a mash tun so I can finally go all grain. Looks simple enough to make and I am good with tools and equipment so, why not? :)
