We are winding down the primary season with West Virgina voting today and only a few states left in the wings. It will be interesting to see at what margin Clinton beats Obama toay. Some polls had her up 30% due to the white, rural, and poor voters dominating the state. It's these blue collar workers that will ultimately either win or lose the election for the democrats in November.... Obama better pick his VP wisely and with any luck it'll be Clinton. Vote for her to ensure a great pair in the White house :)

Yay for Hilary in WV :)
Newest Mantra:
* Hilary for President, Hilary for President, Hilary for President *
Then she can start dishes out those Visa's to the Irish ..lol
I got so excited and carried away I meant to say "start dishing out" not "dishes" ... lol

Yeah our primay in KY is not until May 20th. Seems almost moot if she is giving up now.
Oh Hillary is not giving up. She's a fighter and will go until she's too far in debt to proceed. If Guam gets to count then so does KY, OR, and Puerto Rico.
That might not even stop her if she thinks she can negotiate with the DNC and Obama to pay off the debt for her unwaivering support. Of course a miracle might happen between now and the convention and since the pledged or the super can vote however the feel like, they could caste their ballots for Kucinch if they felt like it.
Voting seems unfair anymore. I agree with Birdy- by the time they get to Ky it's all over and done with. I don't even make the time to go vote.
But if she does hang in there- I will make the time to vote.
Voting shows what the people want, who they want running things.
Or so you would think.
Wages, home equity, and taxes are not the only indicators for the economy. Take a look at the falling dollar, the inevitable inflation, and the growth to dept ration. We have a simulated economy that hinges on foreign credit; it is a false economy that could very well crash the minute we are cut off of from funds from oversea investors. For the safety and stability of our country, we need to cut up our national credit cards.
The only time we have seen national debt reduction in the past 70 years was when Democrats were charge of both the Congress and the White House or when one party was in the White House and another ran Congress. Though you hear much lip service from Republican's about controlling spending and limiting government, they fail to do anything to minimize our country's national debt.
History indicates that there is a simple solution to the growing debt problem: Congress and the President must adhere to a ‘pay as you go’ rule regardless of the party in control.
Take a good look at your congressional races along with the presidential candidates. It is imperative that our presidents and leaders be well versed in economics. Do they know how they will pay for the Iraq and Afghanistan war? Do they know how they will keep Social Security alive? How will they pay to execute their goals in health care, border security, education, and infrastructure? How will their policies strengthen the dollar and curb inflation? If you don’t ask the questions and hold politician accountable, who will?
Lets pop the bubbleies and celebrate the 5th year of mission accomplished. Damn I'm glad we got that mess taken care of in a speedy fashion. Toast to defeating terrorism in Iraq! Or promoting democracy, or locating the WMD, or finding Bin Laden... whatever it was that we accomplished back in 2003 I'm sure it was monumental!
