All I can say about last night is wow. Just wow. Plus, I am dead tired since Liz and I didn't get home until four this morning.
I'm going out with my sister-in-law, her best friend, Rose, and my aunt Stephanie to a bar in L.A. tonight. It's some Halloween thing they have going on. I'm still not sure what I'm going to wear, as I haven't really had a need to buy a Halloween costume for a number of years, so my selection is minimal. But, it should be fun. I don't think I'll be drinking much tonight, I may have one or two vodka tonics. So yeah, hopefully I'll be able to get pictures of me in whatever I finally decide on.
I'll admit it, I am extremely petty sometimes.

Because nothing says "you've had an awesome day" like being stalked by psychotic teenagers.

Sorry to hear that you have been stalked by Immature teengers Immy..... I hope things get better......
Sorry, I'll try to keep my stalking to a minimum next time.
Has anyone ever had a dream that was subtitled for them? Or is that just me?
Sunday is going to be fun. We're having a little barbecue with my aunt Stacy and her family, my dad's family, and Liz's family. We started decorating and making awesome little treats. It's all done up in Día de los Muertos decorations. We were going to do just Hallowe'en stuff, but that's too boring. Día de los Muertos is a lot more colorful and fun. Tomorrow and Saturday is going to suck though. My mother's got the day off work, which means cleaning, cleaning, and oh, more cleaning. But, I'm really looking forward to Sunday. :]
♥ Dir En Gray.. Glass Skin in the original Japanese. They have an English version of this song, but I think it sounds more powerful in its original language. And.. Kyo's pronunciations in English seem a little off at times, which is to be expected. They are both good, but this is the better in my honest opinion.
I think maybe I'm a gay man in a woman's body.. That could explain why I am so obsessed with shounen-ai manga and anime. Of course, being a gay man in a woman's body is a little redundant, if you really think about it.. Maybe it's just the fact that I am a romantic and I love a good love story. And, shounen-ai offers up some really good love stories. It's not about the genders of the characters, it's about the relationships they build together. That's what attracts me. Now.. I think it's time to watch Loveless again.
I totally forgot all about the Nightmare thing at the Fairplex. A former co-worker just reminded me about it. She wanted to know why I wasn't at the meeting on Wednesday. It starts tonight. I think I may go as a guest, say hi to the people I hung out with last year. It makes me a little sad that I wont be working it this time around, it was really the ideal job for me. But, that just means I won't be sexually harassed again. And, well, that's a huge plus in my book. Though, I will miss hanging out with Jen and Dean and Josh and our whole little group.
I am curious if anyone here has seen the anime Texhnolyze. I saw it years and years ago when G4 still was awesome, called TechTV and played anime on I think it was Friday nights. But, no one I talk to has ever heard of it. And, it can't be that obscure if G4 played it. it always reminded me of Ergo Proxy, in the sense that it had the same gritty feel to it.
Oh, since I am on the subject.. Has anyone here seen Boogiepop Phantom?
My time here has be drastically cut short again. I spend five minutes, tops here, just checking up on my Coven, responding to messages and checking a few journals. Then, I'm off again until the next day. It's nice not to be so completely wrapped up in a website.
I am ashamed of myself (though not really).. I never really read manga or watched anime that was yuri/yaoi. Well, boredom makes you do things you wouldn't in hopes of finding entertainment. So, I watched Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. Which then lead to watching Junjou Romamtica, which lead to Gakuen Heaven and Loveless and Gravitation.. And, well, you get the idea. I have become addicted to yaoi. That's so weird to admit. It's like, "hi, I am totally addicted to cartoons featuring the realtionships and romances of gay men. Isn't that awesome?" It's not a bad thing, it's just awkward. Especially when someone wants to know why I am watching anime where two men are kissing on my phone in the livingroom...

I love Loveless, though that's the only thing of it's type that I can watch. It's so cute.
Bah, you've nothing to be ashamed of. Although...now that you've gotten into Loveless, it makes me understand a little more why my friends here on campus keep badgering me to watch it, heh.
You MUST watch Loveless. It is pure win. i mean, Soubi and Ritsu are just so freaking adorable. And the story is really good too! Watch it!
For the last fucking time, you people need to learn how to spell. It's a lot. Not alot. It's only "alot" if you're referring to the city in India. But, as you're using it in the sense to mean numerous, many, more than one, it's two separate words Not one, TWO. A (space) lot. You need the damn space between "a" and "lot". It is not optional, it's not to be left out.
And, "damn" has an "n" at the end of it. It's not a dam, not a barrier in water, or something a beaver would build.
Going to Arizona next month to visit the family. I'm really looking forward to it. It should be so nice in Yuma in November. The only issue I'm going to have is all the older people who come from like Canada and such to spend the winter there. They clutter up the roads. But, family time, yay!
It's been decided, Doctor Who totally needs to be a religion.
So, Steve Jobs finally passed away. He was an innovator, he pushed the boundaries. He brought Apple to life, Pixar Animation Studios. He created the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad, he brought us iTunes. Regardless of how you may feel about Apple products, what he created changed the world. I wish his family the best in this sad time. He will be missed.

According to my nephew - who works at Apple Corporate in Cupertino - a lot of people are shaken up, even though they knew his cancer was spreading. He mentioned that when he first started working there, he'd see Jobs on occasion; as his cancer became worse, no one ever saw him there much. Sad.
May he rest in peace.
Dear Pandora Radio, while I do so love the songs you are playing on this channel, when I put in a name of a band I expect to hear that band at least once. At this rate we should call this station Neuroticfish instead of Code 46 for all the Code 46 songs you haven't played. I love Neuroticfish, but jesus, enough is enough. Just because I like the guy doesn't mean you need to play his music every other song.
There's only so many times I can turn you down before I want to just smash your head in with a tire iron. No means no, not yes, not maybe. No.

Innit lovely?
No means "Ask me tomorrow because I'll have surely changed my mind!"
...Normally this is where I would rant, scream, and offer to disembowel whoever did not get the hint, but for now, if you want to call and just...have someone to vent to, shoot the breeze whatever, feel free. ^^
Whenever someone uses the made up word "alot", this comic comes to the front of my mind and I can't stop giggling.

I see that
...and it bothers me too.
Great stuff! I giggled hehehe :P
