You believe yourself to be innocent.

You shall howl with an animalistic desire.

From a time long since forgotten.

By many shapes and forms we shall known.

To them, in their dreams, we shall be known as NIGHTMARE!

the darkness is surrounding me

no light, no hope, no redemption in sight

the one i love is gone from me and all i do is wonder why?



the demons circle lazily above

feeding on my pain,

my tears, my fears

and broken heart



the pain knifes thru me with each skip of my dying heart

the coldness starts to grow

again even though i fight to keep warm



i see the face of my love

moving further and further away

i scream your name and you just look away



what have i done and what now must i do

i set myself for waht is to come

i know that happiness was only a fleeting dream.

cause without you in my life

the world has become dead to me.
