Spoke with the customer - she was fine with anytime between 9 and 5. Technician has a previous assignment in the morning and should be able to get to her by noon. The technician will call the customer prior to heading to the site and the customer is aware of it.
This is the case note I typed out for a business partner that asked us to help out one of their customers in this area...
The ticket system truncated the note to say...

It just occurred to me earlier this evening; the first two spring seasons Morri has lived in Buffalo, the Sabres failed to make the playoffs.
They open the playoffs this Thursday against Boston.
She may not want to hang out with me much over the next few weeks...

...spend a couple hours this afternoon taking the kids for a "hike" alongside a creek behind the park where they play.
Of course, the command of "stay out of the water" went completely over the youngest's head, as I assumed it would.
I tried to minimize the damage, but I was able to throw his socks against the wall of a picnic shelter and make them stick.
Heh.. and they collected "sea glass." Well, worn glass by name I guess. Plenty of it too.
All in all, a good time. I'll have to post pictures.

...because one of them is a black aruacana, she is named Pepper. One of the comets is reddish color so she has been named Ginger.
Ok, I can deal with spices. But their names for the smallest, yellowest one, thusfar their only name suggestions have been Penny or Mini.
I like Omelette. My other suggestion is Quiche.
I'm just going to call her Omelette until it sticks.

Not with these. They're not layers, they're broilers.
The new layers are about 4 weeks old now. I should post pictures of them too, just haven't gotten to it.
