Chapter 1
The secret
When I woke up this morning I heard my sister yell “Come on Orihime. We’ll be late for school!”
“I’m up already!” I yelled back to her. My name is Orihime and I’m the shyest person at school. I have long orange hair that’s always down, grey eyes, and I have a crush on ichigo. My sister Renamon is a fox like Digimon with golden fur, three fingers on each hand, a tail, and pointy ears. I found her on the streets so I took her home with me. We’ve been sisters ever since. Renamon is the most popular girl in school. People love her like a sister or a friend. Some people think she’s a wanna-be loser.
“Hurry it up!” Renamon yelled again.
“I’m going as fast as I can!” I yelled back. I went though my dresser draws looking for my best outfit.
“Hey Renamon have you seen my favorite outfit?!?” I asked down the stares.
“The one you always wanted Ichigo to see you in?!” she yelled. When she said that my face went bright red. You see I love ichigo, he’s the hottest guy in school. He is a soul reaper, but at times I think that he must be more then that. Just thinking about him makes me want to faint.
“That’s the one!” I managed to respond.
“It’s in your closet!” renamon yelled with inpatients in her voice. When she wants to see kakashi, renamon can be impatient. Kakashi is renamon’s knight in shinning armor, but she doesn’t know if he likes her the way she likes him. I know cause he tolled me about a week ago. I never tolled renamon anything about it like I promised. I got dressed and grabbed my things then jumped out my bedroom window which is on the second floor.
“Don’t forget to lock the door!” I said as I landed on my feet. Renamon locked the door and said
“I think I’ll walk today”.
“That’s fine by me” I said as I put my helmet on, “I have to pick Ichigo up anyway.” I added
I put on my leather jacket on and started my baby. I think of my motorcycle as a baby because it’s the only precise thing to me besides my family and friends. Its sleek black and was custom made for me or any one like me. I drove toured Ichigo’s house, but I stopped short when I saw Orochimaru walk tourds my house. Orochimaru is like micelle jackson mixed with snake d.n.a. He has long black hair, a tongue that can reach the ground and farther, eyes like a snake, and he can make a sword come out of his mouth. I started growling, but I continued to drive.
I stopped at Ichigo’s mail box and turned my bike off. I got up and walked to his door and knocked. Ichigo’s father answered and looked at me.
“Hey Orihime, are you here for-”, he was about to say, but Ichigo kick him away and looked at me. I bet his father was asking if I was here for Ichigo. ‘Damn’ I thought. Ichigo looked like a total mess. His hair was everywhere like he just woke up. He was wearing his pajama pants that I really love. Its long and black with skulls. He looked at me and said,
“Yeah Orihime? Oh that’s right school! Here come in and while I get ready.”
I walked in and he closed the door behind me. I sat down on the love seat and looked around. It was a mess, it looked like he never did clean up after the party last night. I’m surprised that his father let him even have a party. I went to it and had soda as usual. I got up and went to the restroom to fix my make-up. When I came back I took a sip of my soda and it had a bit of alcohol in it. I knew someone spiked my drink. I got up to tell Ichigo, but I fell and passed out. I heard someone scream and I also felt someone pick me up. I think earthier Ichigo or Renamon took me home. I don’t know. I watched Ichigo run back and forth trying to get ready. He sat down besides me and said
“Sorry about the mess. After the party I fell asleep.”
“Its ok. I’ve seen worse.” I said as I got up. I always wanted to tell him everything about me. Even my past, but I never could tell him.
I always think that he’ll hate me for it and that he might wish that he never met me. You see when I was nine I was abused by my father every time he came home from drinking beer at a bar. I died from it. Then I woke up four minutes later and saw that I was on my bed and my father crying over my body. When I turned ten I started to see things that no one else could see. I saw ghosts, demons, spirits, and all the supernatural.
“Ready to go?” I asked him as I got up and walked to the door.
“Yeah lets go” said Ichigo as he followed me. We left his house after he grabbed his bag. I jumped on my bike and let him get on then drove off. When we got to school Ichigo jumped off before I could park or slow down. I parked and grabbed my things then walked in.
Once I did I saw every girl staring at me with hate and jealousy. I looked at them confused then I looked at my right and saw Ichigo holding the door open for me with a smile on his smooth face. I smiled back and blushed. I went to my locker and when I opened it a piece of paper fell out. I caught it and read it. It said ‘Meet me in the gym. After school its about Renamon she’s in danger along with you’ I was freaked out, but I kept the note with me in my pocket.
I grabbed the rest of my things and ran to class. I kept the thought of who sent me the note in my head. I walked in science class and sat down next to Pein, the leader of the akatski. I think he likes me or something.
“Hey Orihime” Pein said as I put my stuff down.
“Hey” was all I said. Pein’s has orange hair, six preaching’s on his nose. Three on each side. Every girl thinks that he’s like Ichigo, but different. I got my things ready for class and sat down. Then I heard someone walk in the class room. I looked up and there by the teacher’s desk stood Ororchimaru. I silently growled and grinded my teeth.
“As you know Iruka sensei is out today so I’m taking his place. Today we’re going to figure out our blood type” Orochimaru said as he passed out the supplies. While he was doing that I was daydreaming about me killing him. He pops up everywhere and all I want to do is kill him so much, but I can’t cause then I’ll that I’ll have to deal with Kabuto. Orochimaru’s right hand man and apprentice. Kabuto has long silver hair that’s always in a ponytail, he wears glasses, and he’s a medical ninja from the sound village.
To me and Renamon he’s like a gay version of Harry Potter. I heard that Orochimaru wants me and Renamons powers for himself and use them for evil. I don’t know for sure if it’s true, but if he wants them he has to kill us for it. Only we can control our powers cause we were trained to. Legion says that two sisters, one fox like digimon and one shy, but dangerous that’s both gothic and emo will have to fight when they choose their sides between good and evil. I don’t know witch one chooses which side, but I know exactly who they were talking about
The legion was talking about me and Renamon, people must know the legion as well. When I finally realized that we were doing the assignment I quickly grabbed a needle and pricked my finger. I heard someone groan in pain so I looked to see who it was. It was Ichigo who was groaning.
I got up and walked over to him. He had his hands on his head like he was trying to keep something out.
“Ichigo are you ok?” I asked as I got on my knees in front of him.
“Orihime I need to get out of the room” Ichigo said as he stood up. I nodded and helped him.
Orochimaru saw us and asked, “What’s wrong with him?”
“I don’t know, but I’m going to figure it out.” I said as I took Ichigo out of the room.
We went to the nurse and she didn’t know what was wrong with him. I took him outside and let him sit down on my bike.
“What’s wrong Ichigo? Maybe I can help” I said.
“I can’t” he said as he looked down and away from me. I lifted his face with my hands. I forgotten about the blood on my right hand so it smeared on his cheek. He grabbed my right hand and looked at it. I started to wonder what he was thinking. Then the next thing I knew he licked the blood off my finger. I looked at him shocked and thought that he might be some creature of the night.
“Here, I can take you home if you want” I said as I got on my bike and started the motor.
He nodded and got on then put his arms around my waist really tight. I didn’t want him to let me go. He must have read my mind cause he held on tighter. I started the motor and we drove off, straight to his place. When we got there I stopped the motor and got off then helped him. I thought that he could be a vampire, but the sun was out so he couldn’t be one. Could he? I walked him to his front door and opened it. He ran in and laid down on the couch trying to calm down. I got a look at his eyes and I was horrorstruck.
His eyes were pitch black like you could walk in them and never find a way out. I walked inside the house and closed the door behind me. He looked at me carefully and was ceruse on something. I walked over to him and sat down. He put his head in my lap and my face went from peach to bright pink in a second. I covered my face feeling embarrassed, but he grabbed my hands and put them at my side. I looked at him and felt my face burning.
“Your not going to let me cover my face, are you?” I asked “No I want to see you blush” he said with a smile. I sighed and let him see my face even though I felt like I would pass out at anytime.
“Why did I need to get you out of the class room?” I asked as I let my face calm down. Ichigo frowned and got up. I wanted to grab him and put him back down so I can play with his hair, but I didn’t. I let him get up and walk around.
“Promise me that you won’t tell anyone” he said as he looked at me with his pitch black eyes.
I then said “I promise on my life.” I remember what Ichigo did to Reji when Reji tolled his secret that he liked some shy girl.
“I’m not human” Ichigo said.
“What do you mean?” I asked
“I’m a vampire” he said as he looked down and started tearing up. I stood up to confert him, but then I noticed that he was crying blood.
“Your crying…b-blood” I managed to say the word.
Ichigo grabbed my shoulder really tight that I thought that my bones might break. I ignored the pain so I can help him. Ichigo then had his head on mine.
“Ichigo tell me what to do and I’ll try my best to help” I said with as much confidence as I had.
“Kill me” he said as he looked at me with the blood tears falling from his face like rain drops falling from the trees in the woods.
“No! I won’t do that!” I yelled as I pushed myself away. I felt my eyes starting to water. Then next thing I knew my eyes went blurry like a car shield window that has ice on it so thick that you can’t see a thing. My eyes were like that. I felt Ichigo put his head on mine again and hugged me. I closed my eyes and gripped his shirt as tight as I could.
“I don’t want you to die Ichigo, I-I love you to much to lose you” I said as I continued to cry.
“Ok I think that I over did it” Ichigo said.
I just nodded to upset to talk. A few hours past and I still didn’t talk. Then I remembered the note that someone gave me. I grabbed my things and ran out. Ichigo ran to the door following me, but he stopped and looked confused. I got on my bike and started the motor then drove back to the school. I went straight to the gym to meet the mystery person. I waited for ten minutes then I herd foot steps. I turned to see who it was. It was Kabuto who walked in. I growled and started to walk off, but he stopped me. I looked at him with a bit of fear and anger in my eyes. “What do you want?” I asked.
“I need to talk to you about renamon” he said
I jerked away and spin kicked him. I took karate for a few years. Not to mention that we learn how to fight here at the school.
“Don’t talk about her!” I yelled as I walked over to him with a knife in my hand. He saw the knife and grabbed one of his and threw it at me. It hit my arm, but it never did hurt. I pinned him down and put the knife to his throat.
“Why do you want to talk about Renamon?” I asked. “Orochimaru wants her to be his girlfriend and wants you dead.” he said as he smirked. I punched and kicked his body so hard that I herd a bone break. I’m to protective when it comes to the ones I love and care about. I herd someone coming in so I disappeared. I ran outside and got on my bike and drove off at high speed. I went home wondering why Orochimaru likes Renamon and why he can’t choose some other girl. I really didn’t want to know, but I just have to for her safety. When I walked in the house I went up the stares and in my room.
I threw my stuff on my bed and went to my stereo then turned it on. My favorite song was on. I danced a little then sat down at my desk and started my homework that was due that day, but I had forgotten to do it cause of the party last night. I herd Renamon walk in the door and run up the stares. I knew that at that point that she was worried. She ran in my room and stopped.
“What?” I asked.
“Are you ok? I saw you leave school early.” she asked as she sat down on my bed.
“Yeah I’m fine. I just had to help Ichigo. Something was wrong with him” I said as I looked at her. “I’ll make dinner when I’m done.” I added.
“Ok” she said as she got up and left. I herd Renamon go in her room and started on her homework.
After three hours of working on my homework I went down stares and in the kitchen. I grabbed the supplies that I need for my famous home made sushi bar. After another three hours dinner was done. I saw Renamon running down the stares and sat at the table. I put the food on the table and got Renamon a pair of chopsticks. I sat down and started eating.
“You ok?” she asked. I just looked at the food and took a few bites.
“I’m fine don’t worry so much.” I said a I took a sip of my water. Renamon looked at me with concern in her eyes.
“I’m telling you I’m perfectly fine.” I tried to convince her. “Ok. Oh did you hear? Kabuto was found in the gym and he was beaten up pretty badly.” she asked me with a smirk.
“Yeah Rukia called and tolled me.” I said as I picked up my plate which was full expect that I only ate four pieces of sushi. I cleaned up my side of the table then put the rest of my sushi in a plastic container then put it in the refrigerator. Suddenly I wasn’t hungry anymore.
Chapter 2
The Hospital
While I was getting a shower after dinner I herd someone in my room. I stopped the water and grabbed my robe then put it tightly around my body. I walked out of the bathroom and to my bedroom door. I gulped then grabbed my bedroom door knob. Renamon came up the stares and went to her room. As soon as I herd her door close I opened my door and looked around. No one was there. I walked in and closed my door.
I went to my dresser and opened the drawer. I gabbed my favorite victoria secret pajamas and got dressed. I herd someone tap on my widow. I looked at saw ichigo so I opened my window and let him in.
“What are you doing?” I asked
“I’m trying to see you again” he said as he sat down on my bed. I looked at him angrily.
“You can’t bee here! Now get out!” I yelled quietly so Renamon doesn’t barge in here. Ichigo’s aura was gray with confusion.
“Look I can’t have anyone over, tonight is our girls night. Its only for me and my sister. Now you can wait here until ten a clock or you can leave” I said.
“Hmmm… I’ll wait for you.” he said as he laid down on my bed and looked at me. I sighed and grabbed my make-up kit then left my room. I walked in Renamon’s room.
“Ok I’m really tired so lets get this over with” I said as I sat down on the bed.
“Ok sure thing” she said as she stared to do my hair. here do my make-up and all then I did hers. After two hours we were done and I went back to my room. I saw Ichigo still on my bed and he was asleep. I walked up to him and covered him up with my only blanket. His eyes popped open and he looked at me as I walked to my closet. I grabbed a pillow and went to Renamon’s room and grabbed one of her blankets then back to my room.
I put my pillow down and put the blanket around my body then laid down on the floor. I felt like I was being watched so I turned over and saw Ichigo looking at me with bedroom like eyes. I just rolled my eyes and rolled over.
“Look you can come over when ever you need to. Ok?” I said and asked.
“Ok” he said.
After ten minutes I heard him snore a bit then talk in his sleep. I heard him say that he loves me. I fell asleep after a few minutes. When I woke up the next day and Ichigo was gone so I got up and got ready for school. I got on my bike and went straight to school. I didn’t feel like picking up anyone today. When I got to school Ichigo wasn’t there. I walked around looking for him and I went to my classes. I explained to them why I didn’t come yesterday. They said that it was ok. I did my make up work and my homework all in one day.
“Hey Orihime where’s Pein?” I herd a voice say. I turned around and saw Tobi standing behind me.
“I don’t know” I said as I turned back around.
“Really? He talks about you a lot so I thought that he might be with you.” Tobi said as he scratched the back of his head.
I turned back around and said “Ok Pein parties over turn into your normal form” I crossed my arms.
Pein smirked and turned normal. I rolled my eyes.
“What do you think your doing?” I asked.
“Trying to win your heart” he joked. I slapped him then grabbed my things and walked away.
“Look Pein I’m not in the mood, ok? I had a rough time and I need to be left alone” I said as I walked from gym class to the cafeteria. Pein followed me and I was annoyed.
Everyone was looking at me with hate and fear in their eyes. I disappeared and appeared in the cafeteria. Sakura looked at me with concern in her eyes. I sat next to her and said
“Help me. Please or I’m going to die”. Sakura looked at me shocked now.
“Why?” she asked.
“Pein is starting to get on my nerves. He won’t leave me alone and I want it to stop for the rest of the day.” I said as I put my head down on my arms.
“I’m that annoying huh?” I herd Pein’s voice say. I looked up and saw him sitting there.
“How did you?!?” I said as I looked at him shocked.
“I teleported. Smart one” Pein said as he smirked.
I groaned and slapped myself.
Ichigo walked up and asked “Are you ok Orihime?”
I looked up then said “Yeah I‘m fine. Why?”.
“I saw you slap yourself” he said then he saw Pein then left. I was really confused now. I knew that a few people loved me, but would they fight ichigo for me?
I looked around and saw ichigo glaring at pein from the far side of the room, renamon eating with kakashi with love in her eyes, sakura staring at pein confused, and everyone talking to their friends.
“Can you please stop this nonsense!?” I yelled as I grabbed my things and walked away without eating a thing. Suddenly I barley ate anything at all I don‘t eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner and Renamon is really worried. I’d only eat a few bites once and a while. I walked to my locker until I was stopped by Kabuto.
“What now?” I asked as I turned around.
“Look what I tolled you is true. You are in danger” he said as he stared at me with a black eye.
“Look I’m not in the mood so please don’t start with me. Got it?” I said.
“No, and lesson. I like you to much for you to get hurt that’s why I’m warning you now and not later.” he said as he carefully scratched the back of his head. I looked at him and I was shocked.
“Why did you really send me that note?” I asked as I put my stuff in my locker and crossed my arms.
“So I can warn you and talk to you.” he said.
“Look I don’t care, but thank you for telling me and I’m sorry that I beaten you up.” I said as I grabbed my things and started going to my bike.
Kabuto followed while trying to tell me orochimaru’s plan for renamon.
“Then once school is out he’s going to marry renamon” he said. I stopped and turned around with evil in my eyes.
“What was that you said?” I asked as I put my stuff in the bag on my bike. Kabuto was scared and backed away slowly.
“I said that once Renamon is Orochimaru’s and when school ends he’s going to marry her” he said as he almost fell over his own feet. I grabbed his shirt and pulled him up.
“Tell me how to stop him or die” I said with one hundred percent of anger.
“You have to tell Renamon now or he’ll get to her” he said. I let him go and ran as fast as I can to get to Renamon’s locker. I stopped then I started sliding so I grabbed Kakashi’s open locker and stopped sliding.
“Kakashi where’s renamon?” I asked in a hurry.
“She’s in the bathroom with Sakura. Sakura was so urgent to Renamon in there” he said as he looked at me confused. I ran to the girls bathroom and saw Renamon with Ororchimaru. I thought that Orochimaru used the transformation jutsu to look like Sakura and once he was in the bathroom with Renamon he changed to his normal form.
“Get away from her!!” I yelled as I spin kicked him.
“Renamon are you ok?!” I asked as I saw her fall to her side nearly knocked out. I ran to her and kneeled down next to her.
“No you get away from her!” Orochimaru yelled. I looked at him then he kicked me away from Renamon. I hit the wall and landed on the ground hard. I jumped up and grabbed his hair and tossed him away from Renamon.
Apparently he used a clone cause he kicked me from behind. I flew out the bathroom door and hit the lockers. Kakashi ran up to me to see if I was ok. I got up and ran back inside. The real Sakura came with me and punched Orochimaru away from Renamon and said
“You better stay away from us!” I yelled as picked up Renamon and ran out.
“kakashi get her home” I said as I gave her to him.
“What’s wrong with her and why is she bleeding?” he asked. “Orochimaru got to her” I said as I ran back in the bathroom to finish Orochimaru, but he was gone and the window was open. Sakura was standing there looking at the window while she was cursing under her breath.
“Where is he?” I asked as I walked to her side.
“He ran off. I fought him as long as I could” Sakura said with a sigh.
“its ok we’ll get him next time. I swear with my life” I said as I walked to the sink to wash the blood off of my face then I walked out. Ichigo was right outside of the door and he looked at me shocked and worried. I looked away from him and went to the parking lot.
“Orihime what happened?” I herd him ask.
“Orochimaru tried to get to Renamon, but I got to him first” I said as I tried to get on my bike, but I ended up grabbing my side in pain. Ichigo helped me keep my balance then he picked me up.
“You need to go to the hospital, so dose Renamon” he said as he put me on his back and went inside to get Kakashi.
“Kakashi I need you to get Renamon and come with us to the hospital. They both need to get treated” Ichigo said as he walked up to Kakashi.
“That’s what I was thinking. Ok I’ll help” Kakashi said as he put Renamon on his back and started to run. Ichigo started to run and he caught up with him in a snap.
“We also have to protect them from Ororchimaru” Ichigo added once he was running side by side with Kakashi. Kakashi looked at Renamon with his good eye and smiled.
“I’ll protect Renamon and you can protect Orihime” Kakashi said as he looked at Ichigo with a serious look on his face.
“No problem, but we’ll switch after five minutes” Ichigo said.
Kakashi nodded and stopped. Ichigo soon did the same thing and took me off his back in in his arms. I saw Kakashi doing the same. I smiled cause Renamon is being saved by her knight in shining armor. Ichigo held on to me tightly so tight that I had to put my arms around his neck. He smiled then frowned when we walked in the hospital. Two nurses looked at us and saw me and Renamon bleeding like crazy so they got two beds for us in two rooms next each other. I fell asleep when my head was laid down.
I dreamed that Renamon was taken by Ororchimaru and joined his side then tried to kill me. No matter how much I screamed her name to snap her out of it, she always kept attacking. No matter how much I dogged and blocked she always hit me. I felt someone touch my hand and I looked to my side Renamon’s spirit was there smiling at me with faith and hope. I smiled and started hitting the evil Renamon and Orochimaru started to help her. Renamon’s good spirit helped me by fighting him. I woke up panting then I saw Kakashi standing there.
“You ok Orihime?” he asked.
“Yeah I’m fine. Just a dream” I said as I sat up looking around.
“Ok then if you say so” he said as he leaned against the wall. I herd the door open and saw Ichigo walk in.
“Its time to switch” he said. Kakashi got off the wall and walked out.
Ichigo sat down on the bed next to me and asked “How are you feeling?”
“I’m ok” I said as I looked at myself. My wounds were patched up and stitched. I saw a needle in my arm and gulped. I remembered when we did the assignment at school when we were going to find out our blood type. I looked at Ichigo with worry in my eyes thinking that he’ll bite me, but he just smiled.
“Don’t worry I remembered that I didn’t have to breath when they were putting the needle in you” he said as he smirked. I pouted and crossed my arms.
“Well lucky you” I said. He cave me a cricked smile like Bella said about Edward.
“Do you know the cullens?” I asked. He looked at me like I was psychic or something.
“Yes I’m a friend of Edward and Alice. Why?” he asked concerned.
“My friend Bella tolled me about them” I said as I laid back down. As I explained to him what Bella told me and he just chuckled.
“Well yeah their like that. They have their ways and I have mine” he said as he kissed my forehead.
In a second I fell back to sleep. I dreamed that I was trying to catch up with Ichigo, but no matter how much I yelled or how fast I ran I could never get him to notice me or catch up. He was walking in darkness and I was following. I think it meant that I’m walking into an evil place or something.
I woke up and looked around. I saw that I was at home in my bed. Now I was really confused. I got up and walked to Renamon’s room and saw her asleep in her bed. All her wounds where gone and so was mine. I went down stares and saw both Ichigo and Kakashi asleep on the couch. I walked over to them and grabbed the closest blankets and covered them both up. I took care of the dishes that they used, I herd a foot step and saw Rukia walking out of the kitchen.
“Oh hi Orihime. Sorry Ichigo asked me to come just in case a hollow shows up” she said as she sat down in the arm chair.
“Its ok. I really don’t mind” I said as I sat down between Kakashi and Ichigo. I looked at every picture of me and Renamon when we were kids and in middle school. I saw the picture of my parents and I stood up and grabbed it.
“Why is this here?” I asked as I stared at it.
“I saw it in the basement and thought that it should be in here” Rukia said as she looked at me confused.
“No its not. I had it down there for a reason” I said as I put the picture down on the coffee table. Rukia looked at me really worried and confused now. So I explained my past to her.
“Well why don’t you tell Ichigo about this?” she asked as she hugged me.
“Cause then he might hate me for sure” I said as I looked down at he ground.
Rukia looked at me confused.
“But you’re the bravest person I know. Besides Ichigo, Inuyasha and Kagome” she said. Kagome is a friend of mine and Renamon’s. She has long black hair, is a reincarnation of Kikio, and secretly loves Inuyasha. Inuyasha has long silver hair, is a half dog demon, and also secretly loves Kagome. My phone rang and I answered it.
“Hello. Is Orihime there?” I herd a voice ask.
“Yeah. Who’s this?” I asked as I tried to remember where I herd this voice before.
“Its Edward I need your help with Bella. She’s in trouble” he said.
“Sure I’ll send Ichigo to get her” I said as I woke Ichigo up.
“I’m on it” he said as he ran out the door in super speed. He was like a blur. My hair flew in my face and in my eyes. I blinked several times until I could see again. when I opened my eyes and saw Renamon was there on the stares looking at me.
“What’s going on down here?” she asked. I looked at her and said
“Ichigo had to go to get Bella. She’s in danger.” I said as I closed the door.
“What!?!?” she yelled as she ran down the stares and at my side in a second.
“Bella.. Is being hunted down by a killer” I said.
“Ok. Wait what if he comes here? And tries to kill us?!” Renamon asked while having a panic attack.
“Calm down Renamon! She’s ok!” I yelled as I shucked Renamon.
Ichigo ran back in and put Bella down. Renamon looked at him shocked and nearly fainted. I caught her and laid her down on the couch. Ichigo realized that he used his vampire powers to get Bella and back.
“Oh sorry” he said as he sat down.
“I’ll tell her that she had to much sugar” I said as I helped Bella sit down. Bella looked at me surprised.
“How did you know about vampires?” she asked.
“..Ichigo tolled me” I said as I went in the kitchen to get her a glass of water.
I gave her the glass and she gulped it down like it was nothing. I sat down next to her and looked at Ichigo. He looked at me and winked. I blushed and got up.
“Ichigo and I will be right back” I said as I went up the stares. Ichigo followed and we both walked in my room. I closed the door and locked it. He put his arms around my waist and kissed my neck. I moved my hair and smiled. The next thing I know we where on my bed asleep holding each other. After six hours I woke up and looked at ichigo smiling.
ichigo looked sad and upset.
“What’s wrong?” I asked.
“Look at yourself’’ he said. I did and saw burses all over me. I frowned and got up.
“So what if I have burses. I’ll be ok” I said as I got up. Ichigo was at my side in a flash.
“But I made them” he said as he hugged me. I pushed away to up set to deal with his sweet talk. He looked at me confused then got dressed. We walked down the stares and everyone was looking at us. I looked back and saw Edward. He has bronze hair, medium muscled chest, and his eyes where a turquoise color.
Ichigo looked at Edward and said “Hey dude. How have you been?”
“I’m good and I hear that you two was asleep” he said has he lifted his eye brow. I looked at him shocked and angry. Edward looked at me and chuckled. I wanted to walk up to him and slap him, but when I tried Ichigo stopped me. He looked at Edward like he wanted to kill him.
Edward nodded and said “Sorry Orihime” he said.
Now I was really confused. ‘Did Edward read his mind or something?’ I thought to myself.
“Yes I can read peoples mind” Edward said.
I looked at him then said “Well stay out of mine or die”
I walk to my room and laid down on my bed and went to sleep again. I was really tired from the whole of school week and from fighting Orochimaru. I had another dream, the same as the last one. I tossed and turned until I finally calmed down. I felt someone kiss my head and laid next to me. I bet it was Ichigo cause I felt his spiky orange hair. I turned so my face was in his chest.
“Yes Ichigo?” I asked.
“I just want to sleep with you again” he said as he put his head on mind.
“Fine as long as its you” I said as I licked his neck.
I don’t really know why, but I like licking his neck. I really want to try to drink his blood like he did mine. I put my hands on his chest and and gripped his shirt. I looked at him and asked,
“What dose my blood tast like?”
Ichigo looked at me shocked that I would even ask that question. Then answered,
“It tastes like an angel’s that was sent from hevan”
I was shocked that he said that cause it reminded me of my ex-boyfriend’s exact words. He said that my blood tasted like and angels. I don’t know how they could have known but they did. I looked and my hands and smiled*
“Hmmm.. Do you think that if I become a vampire that I could taste your blood and mine?” I asked.
“No… its to dangerous. You could either die or lose your control” he said as his eyes narrowed.
“Ok then” I said with a little disappointed in my voice. I bet he herd it too cause he hugged me a bit tighter. I fell back asleep. While I was asleep I felt Ichigo breath down my neck and then licked my neck. I also felt something sharp touch my neck. I winced a bit cause it pierced my sin a little. He stopped and backed his head away. I put my hand on the back of his head then said
“Don’t stop. Just keep licking my neck. I don’t mind”
“Ok then” he said as he continued to lick my neck in a romantic way. I pressed my body close to him. He realized that I was craving something that he was afraid to give me he pushed away. I didn’t know that I was craving it until he said
“Please don’t cause I can’t give it to you”
I looked at him and thought ‘What is he talking about? Wait was I craving sex?’ I herd a chuckle on the other side of the door so I got up and opened the door and saw Edward.
“What the hell!?! I tolled you not to read my mind you son of a bitch!” I yelled as I kicked him, but my foot throbbed in pain.
“Ouch! What the?” I looked at him in confusion and shock. “what is with your skin?” I added
“my skin is hard as a rock so you can’t hurt me” Edward said as he chuckled again. I got so mad that I slapped him and he felt it this time. I felt my hand throb in pain and blood falling off of it. I looked at him in surprise then at my hand. Edward looked at me then at Ichigo with a socked expression in his eyes. I followed his gaze and saw Ichigo look at me in the same way as Edward. I ran down the stares and out the door. I herd Ichigo jump out my bedroom window and Rukia following me.
I stopped and turned around a corner and hid deep in the darkness. Ichigo and Rukia came, but couldn’t find me so they left. I stayed there for hours and hours until two men came up to me and pretended to be nice. I looked at them scared and nerves. One of them grabbed me and held me down while the other one got on me and tried to rape me. I struggled and screamed until one of them slapped me and said
“Shut up!”
I did as I was tolled but I kept struggling.
“Get off of her!” I herd someone yell. I knew it was Ichigo cause of his sent. I kicked the man off and tried to get away, but the other man grabbed my hair and put his free arm around me then asked
“Why should we?”
“Cause you don’t want to see me angry” Ichigo said as his eyes turned blood red.
“Ichigo help me please!” I yelled, but after I yelled that the man that had a hold of me knocked me out by hitting the back of my head. I fell to the ground and didn’t wake up for I don’t know how long.
Chapter 3
Good-bye Orihime, forever
When I woke up I noticed that I was back in the hospital and Ichigo was asleep in the chair not far from me. Rukia, Renamon, Kakashi, and Pein was there and all asleep. I sat up wondering why I was here instead at home. Then the door opened and a nurse walked in and saw me up then said
“Oh your up Miss. Orihime. How are you feeling?”
“I’m fine thank you. May I ask witch hospital I’m at” I said as I looked at her.
“Your in St. Johns hospital” she said as she looked at Ichigo while blushing.
I glared at her in disapproval. She saw me and backed away. Then said “I’m sorry Miss. Orihime” she said as she left. I sighed then I herd someone yawn so I looked to see who it was. It was Renamon. She turned over so that she was in Kakashi’s safe arms. I smiled, knowing that she found out that Kakashi loves her. I got up and went to the sink to get a glass of water, but there was one already there. I looked around, but I was the only one up.
So I knew that it had to be Edward trying to apologize to me for making me run off and ending up getting hurt. I sighed again, then I herd
“Will you forgive me?” I turned around and saw Edward was the one who said that.
“I guess so. Just don’t do it again” I said as I gulped the water down nearly drowning myself. I coughed a few then went to lay back down. Once I did I fell back asleep. I had the same dream as I did when I was in the hospital the other day. I tossed and turned, but never could get comfortable. I woke up screaming.
“Orihime calm down! Please!” I herd Ichigo say with Renamon. I stopped and looked at everyone.
“What’s going on?” I asked as I laid back down.
“You where having a bad dream” Ichigo said
“Oh ok” was I could say. I saw food in front of me and Renamon looked at me like she was going to say ‘Eat please I beg of you’, but I never even touched the food. Instead I looked away from it.
“I’m not hungry” I said as I rolled over and away from everyone. Ichigo sighed and walked out of the room. I narrowed my eyes in sadness. I don’t know why I don’t eat anymore and I wonder why. I looked at Ichigo in the door way staring at me. I looked at everyone and asked
“Can you guys leave me and Ichigo alone for a few minutes?”
“Sure” Renamon said as she got up and signaled everyone to follow her out then they left.
Ichigo walked in and closed the door. Then he sat down next to me and never meet my gaze. I was really concerned now. I put my hand on his shoulder and he just jerked away. I was shocked. I put my hand near my chest and looked down.
“What’s wrong? Why are you acting like this?” I asked.
“Why won’t you eat?” he asked as he looked at me angry.
I looked at him then I got up confused and sad. I grabbed the needles and bandages then ripped then off. Ichigo looked at me shocked and confused as well. I walked to the mirror looking at myself. I looked different. I looked like I was as pale as a ghost or one of the undead. When I realized this I backed up horror struck and I bumped into Ichigo. I hand my hand over my mouth and my eyes were wide. I turned around with tears falling from my face to look at Ichigo. He looked at me then hugged me. I put my arms around him and put my face in his chest crying. I felt like I might cry my eyes out. Ichigo kept me in his arms and did his best to confer me.
“What’s wrong with me?” I asked with fear and panic in my voice.
“I thinks that I may have caused this. When I almost bit you and when I licked your neck. Remember?” he said.
“Yeah I remember” I said as I calmed down.
“I think that when my saliva touched your skin it went in your body that it made you not hungry and crave something else.” he said as he narrowed his eyes with shame in his voice. I looked at him and tried to understand what he was saying. He looked at me and took a deep breath and sighed.
“I think that you might become a vampire” he said as he backed away. I grabbed his arm and asked
“What was that?”
“You might be a vampire” he said as he jerked his arm away and walked to the open window.
“Its not safe to be with me. So I must leave you.” he said as he looked at me. I was socked, too shocked to move I stared at him like did when I saw my father kill my mother. He looked at me with sadness in his eyes then jumped out. I ran to the window and saw him standing there watching me. I wanted to say please don’t go, but he ran off so fast that he was like a blur.
“No!!!” I yelled. Renamon barged in to see what was wrong when she noticed me on my knees hugging myself while crying.
“What’s wrong Orihime?” she asked as she walked to me and kneeled down beside me. Everyone came in and watched.
“Ichigo… he’s gone. He left me” I balled as I hugged Renamon and put my head on her shoulder. She looked surprised, but she hugged back and tried to confer me like she was the older sister. All I could do is cry like never before.
“Shhhh… its ok, its ok” she said, she rocked me back and forth like I was a baby. I remember that my mother used to that when I was five. I cried when I was hit by my father for the first time. I tolled Renamon about it and when ever I cried she would act like mom. Pein stared at me feeling sorry for me.
I fell asleep in Renamon’s safe and caring arms. I dreamed about when Ichigo left me. I cried in my sleep and tossed and turned. When I woke up I was in my room and on my bed. I got up and walked to Renamon’s room. I saw her awake and sitting at the window looking at the night time sky. I stepped in and said
“Hey”
She looked at me and her eyes narrowed then she said “Hey. How are you feeling?”
“I don’t know anymore” I said as I hugged myself again. “I feel like my heart is gone and to never return” I added.
“I’m sorry Orihime” she said as she got up to hug me. I jerked away and said
“I can never be loved. My heart will only beat for my friends and family” I left her room and back in mine. I looked at the clock and it was only one-a-clock in the afternoon so I grabbed all of my money and ran out the door. I got on my bike and drive to the mall.

When I got to the mall I went to a store that I always wanted to go in. Hot topic. I spent all my money on new clothing and to get my hair brown permanently. When I got home I put my new stuff in my closet still in the bags. I wanted to redo my room all the way. I looked at the time again and it was close to eleven-a-clock so I changed into my black silk night shirt with black pajama paints with red roses covered in blood. I laid down on my bed and fell asleep. My dream was different. Instead of Renamon joining Orochimaru I was the one who joined him.
When I woke up it was nine-a-clock in the morning. I got up and got dressed. Then I did my make-up. I put white pouter on with black eyeliner, dark purple eye shadow, and black lipstick on. I grabbed my new black boots and slipped them on then zipped them on. I grabbed my leather jacket and put in on then locked my bedroom door. I grabbed more of my money and jumped out of my window.
When I landed I herd pein coming out of my front door and stopped walking when he saw me. I looked at him out of the corner of my eye and saw him stare at me.
“What do you want?” I asked angrily.
“Orihime?” he asked.
I nodded and ran to my bike then got on. I looked at pein one more time then went to the furniture store and bought new furniture and black paint and cretins. I had someone drop off the stuff and put it in my room. I followed so I can show them were I want them after I had them help me paint. I pied them and they left. I put my new clothing in the draws and my jacket in my closet. I herd a knock at my door so I answered. It was Renamon.
“What?!” I yelled so pissed off that people kept disturbing me. Renamon was shocked about my new stile and my attitude.
She had a hard time thinking of the words to say. I turned to close the door, but something stopped me. I looked at it was Pein. I glared at him as I pushed ageist the door.
“Orihime what the hell is your problem?!” he yelled as he pushed the door all the way open. I feel on my bed from the amount of force that he used. I looked at them and hissed a furious hiss. It startled them both. I felt my teeth grow into fangs. Renamon looked at me in horror.
“Leave me alone! Don’t you get it?! I want to be alone!” I yelled as I pushed them out with all my strength. I herd Renamons’ heart race in fear and pein breathing so fast and hard. Once they were out I slammed my door shut and locked it. I went to my stereo and turned on Marlin Manson. I don’t know what’s wrong with me or why this was happing. I looked at my arm and saw that it was really pale like I was as white as a ghost.
My eyes narrowed then I walked to my mirror to see if my eyes have changed. they did. They went from green to a jade color. I herd someone scream and ran out of my room and jumped over the railing and landed on my feet. I looked around, but saw nothing. Suddenly I smelled something like snakes. I knew that is was Orochimaru. I growled and followed the sent. It lead me to the basement. Then I saw Orochimaru holding Renamon trying to keep her up.
“Get out of my house!! And let her go!” I yelled as I charged at him. Before he could move I grabbed Renamon and put her away from him. I looked at him and growled.
“Who do you think you are barging in here and try to take her away from me?!” I yelled as laud as I can.
“Humph. Your nothing, but a human girl” he said as he tried to attack me. I dogged and hit his presser point on his neck. He feel to the ground in pain. I looked at my hand and realized that there was blood on my hand. I had an erg to lick it. So I did. It tasted like snakes so I spat it out. I looked at Orochimaru and he was staring at me in shock. My eyes went to blood red in a snap. I was pissed now.
I charged at him and attacked until he begged for no more. I let him go, but I tolled him to never come back. He disappeared. I picked Renamon and put her in her room and on her bed.
Chapter 4
What am I, who am I?
I looked after Renamon until she woke up. Before she did I left the room and left a note saying that I was sorry. I don’t know if she’ll forgive me or not, but I just want her to know that I was really sorry for yelling at her. I grabbed as many things that I could and went to Ichigo’s house. His father answered and looked puzzled.
“Here I want you to give this to Ichigo” I said as I handed him an envelope with three hundred dollars.
“I’m sorry Orihime, Ichigo’s dead” he said. I looked at him forgetting to breath. I grabbed my chest and backed away. I tried to breath, but I couldn’t.
“Orihime are you ok?!” Ichigo’s father asked really concerned. He walked to me, but I kept backing away. Finally I stopped walking and let him help.
“He can’t be dead” I said as I nearly fell to my knees. Ichigo’s father quickly grabbed my arms and took me inside. I just wanted to scream and cry at the same time, but then I herd a laugh about six miles away. From the place it sounded like it was from was the north. I looked north and smelled Ichigo’s sent.
“Did he come by?” I asked
“Yes, then grabbed daddy’s gun and shot himself” Ichigo’s littlest sister said as she walked in. I looked at her and she smelled like Ichigo. She must have known that I figured out that she was lying to me cause she left the room in a flash. I ran out an went to the very last person I would ever go to. Orochimaru.
On the way I ran into kabuto. I fell backwards and landed on my butt.
“Hey watch it…Orihime?!” he said confused. I jumped to my feet and a pure white fog appeared and I suddenly disappeared. I looked around trying to find out where I was. I looked around and saw that I was somewhere familiar, Like I was here before. I saw a little girl running around playing with a dog. The dog also looked familiar. It looked like my old dog, Lexi. Then it hit me. I was in my past when I was only four. I walked in the kitchen and saw my mother. I saw her smile at Renamon when she saw her playing with my favorite doll that I gave her. I was always selfish until Renamon came in our lives. I thought that I was going to cry.
I haven’t seen my mother for ten years when she died. I saw Renamon run into the living room to play with me. That’s when I remembered that this was when my father killed our mother.
“Run!” I yelled, but she didn’t here me she kept doing the dishes. Then I saw my father walk up behind her and grab a knife. I pushed him over and he fell. I saw my mother look at him and saw the knife in his hands. She gasped and ran to the room me and Renamon was in. I followed and went to help my mother. It was like a memory or I went back in time. I’m not so sure.
Then suddenly the whole thing was gone. I woke up and saw that I was at Orochimaru’s hideout. I looked around and saw that I was in someone’s bedroom. I sat up to see who’s when I saw someone sleeping on the couch. I got off the bed to see who it was. When I got to the person I gently turned him over. I was so shocked that I nearly fell. It was Kabuto. He was wearing no shirt, he had pants on, his glasses were by the bed and his hair was down. I looked at his abs and fell in love with them. When I realized what I was thinking I shook my head. I walked to the door and opened it then someone put their hand on the door and closed it. I turned and saw Kabuto standing there staring at me. I gulped and backed up to the door so that my back was pressed up against it.
“W-What do you want?” I stuttered.
“Are you ok? You fell backwards hard on your head” he said as he put his hand down on my shoulder. I looked at him to nervous to do anything.
“I’m fine, but why are you helping me?” I asked.
“Because I can” he said as he tried to press his body closer to me. I don’t know what he was doing, but I didn’t want to find out so I ducked and went under his legs then crawled to the bed. He looked at me and followed. He turned me over and sat on me.
“H-Hey what are you-” I was about to say, but he laid on top of me and kissed my lips. I struggled as much as I could, but he held my hands down with all his strength. I stopped struggling and let him do what ever he was going to do. Without knowing it he let my hands go and slid his hands down to my waist then my hands where on his back and I was kissing him.
There was a knock at his door. We both looked, but Kabuto got up and looked to see who it was. He looked at me and mouthed ‘hide’. So I got up and hid in his closet. I saw out of the crack in the door that it was orochimaru at the door. He looked at Kabuto’s bed and saw that some of my things were on it. Orochimaru glared at Kabuto then sighed.
“When will you learn that she love’s Ichigo and not you? So why are you stealing her stuff still?” orochimaru said as he walked in. I held my breath and continued to watch.
“She’ll love me soon enough” Kabuto said. I saw tape and rope in the closet so I grabbed the tape and taped my mouth. Then tied my hands and feet. So if orochimaru came to the closet I was a prisoner. I also pretended to be knocked out. Suddenly the closet door opened and I fell out. I herd orochimaru’s head turned to face me. My eyes where closed and I never dared to open them.
“Kabuto why is she here?!” I herd orochimaru yell.
“I found her in the woods knocked out so I brought her here” Kabuto said as I felt him pick my body up and place it on the bed by orochimaru. I felt orochimaru bend down and lick my neck with his creepy tongue.
“What are you doing?” Kabuto asked.
“I’m giving her a curse mark so she’ll come back to me for more power” Orochimaru said and he bit my neck. Kabuto I guess stood there and watched, but I did hear his heart race though.
Chapter 5
The curse mark
When Orochimaru bit me I flinched gently so he wouldn’t know that I was awake. Once he let my neck go I sighed silently then I woke up and screamed in pain. Kabuto ran to my side and tried to help me in the best way he can. Orochimaru looked at the two of us then left.
“Give her this” he said as he tossed Kabuto a little needle with blue liquid. Kabuto gently put the needle in my neck where Orochimaru it me and put the liquid in my body. I stopped screaming and calmed down. I saw orochimaru leave the room then closed the door. Kabuto picket up my upper body and cradled my head in his chest. This made me remembered when Ichigo hugged me one last time before he left.
I herd Kabuto whisper something to himself. I closed my eyes as tears fell from my face. He untied me and took the tape off my mouth gently.
“Kabuto, why do you lesson to him? Why do you do this?” I asked as I put my head on his shoulder. He looked at me then sighed.
“Because he saved my life and I swore to protect him and serve him” he said as he kissed my forehead and wipe my tears. I closed my eyes not knowing what to do. First Ichigo then this. I don’t want anyone to feel sorry for me. I herd a bang at the door then Renamon barged in angrily.
“Let her go!” she yelled. Renamon was really pissed now. I got up and stood in front of Kabuto.
“Don’t you dare hurt him!” I yelled. Renamon looked at me in shock. We never stood up for any of Orochimaru’s men. I glared at her not knowing what I was doing. Then I felt Kabuto place his hand on my shoulder.
“Go with her” I herd him whispered in my ear. I looked at him and saw the sadness and disappointment in his eyes. Sort of like Ichigo’s. I put my hand on his cheek and kissed him again.
“Will you come with us?” I whispered to him while tiring to confer him.
“I can’t, but I will visit” he said as he put his forehead on mine. I felt Renamon grab my arm and tug on me. I let him go and followed Renamon. I knew that she was angry and scared at the same time. I made sure that the curse mark was covered up so she wouldn’t know. I looked down the whole way home.
“Why were you there?” she asked angrily.
“I ran into Kabuto and got knocked out. He was trying to help me.” I said as I sighed remembering the kiss.
“Humph then why did you kiss him?” she asked.
“It was a thank you” I said a little annoyed.
“I don’t want him near you. Do you understand me?” Renamon said as she looked at me. I growled again then stopped walking and glared at her. She stopped and turned to look at me completely.
“Kabuto is not a bad guy! If he didn’t help me then I would have been dead!” I yelled as loud at I could. Renamon was furious now. In the moon light you could see some of the steam rise off of her.
“I don’t care, I just-” she was about to say, but I interrupted her.
“So you don’t care if I was dead! Huh?!” I was so mad that I ran back to Kabuto who was following us. He was about two miles away. I stopped when I ran in him again and he put his arms around me. I was crying so bad that day that I thought for sure that I was going to pass out. Then I did. I felt Kabuto carry my tired body to his room and placed me on the bed.

When I woke up the next day I herd Kabuto in the shower. I figured that while he’s in there I could change my shirt. While I was changing I herd the water stop and Kabuto get out. I guess he saw me cause I herd him stop walking. I turned and saw him staring at me. I remembered that I had another shirt under this one. ‘Thank god’ I thought. I looked at Kabuto and he had bedroom eyes like Ichigo had the night he spent the night. I looked away daring myself not to meet his gaze. When I was done I walked out of the room feeling a little hungry. Then I bumped into orochimaru and feel to the ground. I looked up at him and he was glaring at me like he didn’t want me in the hideout.
I glared back feeling like I should rip his throat out and throw it to the wolves. He walked past me and pretended like I wasn’t there at all. I got up and walked to kitchen and got me a glass of water. I chugged it down like I did when I was in the hospital the second time. This time I didn’t choke myself from it. I set the glass down and walked around the hideout for a bit. Kabuto ran up besides me.
“Why are you walking around here alone?” he asked concerned. To me everyone sounded like Renamon and I had enough of it.
“Cause I can and quit sounding like Renamon!” I yelled as I stopped walking so I can turn to look at him. He didn’t look shocked or disappointed. He just looked at me and nodded.
“Fine I’ll leave you alone” he said as he walked away from me and into a lab. I was wondering what was in the lab so I followed. With my vampire scenes I can tell what he’s thinking and going to do. So all I had to do was hide before I get caught. Kabuto walked to a table and sat down in a chair. I watched from a far corner in the room. It was so dark in that corner that I thought that he would never see me. I watched him like a wolf would watch their prey. He looked around the room then looked in my direction.
I held my breath and I didn’t move a mussel. I felt like I was the mad man in “Tell Tail Heart” by Edgar Allen Poe. I looked in one of the tank and saw a young girl. By the way she looks she had to be seventeen or eighteen. The next thing I knew Kabuto was in front of me.
“Why are you here?” he asked as he pulled me out of the dark corner. I gasped as he pulled me closer to him.
“Let me go!” I yelled as I pushed him away. I looked at the girl again then at Kabuto.
“Who is she and why is she in that tank?” I asked confused and scared.
“Her name is Yuki and she’s an experiment” he said as he looked at the girl.
“Get her out of there” I said as I felt my eyes change into a midnight blue color. He looked at me and nearly stumbled to the ground. I felt my hair flying everywhere like I was an angry goddess. My body busted into flames and I started freaking out. Kabuto did the same. He grabbed a bucket of water and dumped it on me and the flames died.
I looked at him then ran out of the room and to the exit of the hideout. I ran all the way to the same ally that ichigo saved me in. I leaned ageist the wall and slid down to were I was sitting. I hugged my knees and cried. While I was crying I herd foot steps coming my way. I looked up and saw what I think was Ichigo’s ghost.
“Ichigo? Is that you?” I asked as I wiped my tears away, but they kept coming back.
“Yeah its me. And yes I’m still alive” he said as he knelt down beside’s me. I wanted to hug him, but I couldn’t move my body. I really thought that all this was in my head. So I touched his wonderful smooth face and I actually felt it. I smelled his sweet sent and his blood that matched.
”I missed you so much” I said as I hugged him. He hugged back and smelled the fear that was on me. I smelled the sadness and guilt on him so I hugged him tighter.
“Please don’t let me go” I said as I tried to think of what to tell him.
“I won’t and this time I won’t leave you ever” he said as he put his head on my shoulder. I looked at him and stared kissing him. I stared to wonder if Kabuto was a vampire too or some other creature of the night. Ichigo’s eyes closed and he kissed back. I could tell from his kiss that he had something on his mind.
“Can you take me home?” I asked as I stopped kissing him and looked at him right in the eyes.
“Yeah I’ll take you home” he said as he got up then he picked me up off the ground. I wrapped my arms around him and put my head on his shoulder. He ran at super speed to get me home. I closed my eyes and fell asleep along the way.

I felt him put me on my bed and lay next to me. I also herd Renamon run to my room and barge in. I suddenly smelled anger in the air. I herd Renamon yell at Ichigo and Ichigo yelled back.
“Why did you leave her?! Huh!! She ran off cause you left her. She went to … she went to Orochimaru to see if he can find you” Renamon said. I woke up before Ichigo could respond.
“Leave him alone” I whispered to her. I knew that she could hear me cause of her sensitive ears even though I‘m on the other side of the room. I looked at her and she looked back.
“Please, just leave him alone. I don’t want to hear anymore of this” I said as I got up. For some reason my life became so dramatic that its not funny. I felt guilty for doing this to Renamon that I felt like I should just die, but them Renamon would cry and Ichigo would try to follow me. I just want this to end. All of it.
Chapter 6
Renamon
What is she thinking?
I looked at Orihime mad and disappointed at the same time. I know her more then anyone and yet right now I feel like I don’t know her at all. I narrowed my eyes knowing that she was serous and was angry at herself. I walked out of her room and into mine. I gently closed the door and sat on my bed. I looked at the pictures of me and Orihime when we were kids and loved each other more then ever.
I could hear Orihime talking to Ichigo asking him to stay and protect her from Orochimaru, but I don’t know why. I laid down and covered up with my blanket then stared thinking and remembering the Orihime I known and loved. ‘Man I miss her so much’ I thought. She became dramatic and it bugs me like crap. Suddenly my phone rang. I answered and herd a voice that I know so well.
“Hello Renamon?” the voice said. I knew it was Kakashi cause his voce sounded sexy. Even on the phone it’s the same.
“Yeah” I said as I sat up.
“Hey are you busy?” he asked.
“Yes Orihime sick and I’m taking care of her” I lied. I love Kakashi, but I wanted to help my sister more then ever.
“Oh cause I wanted to know if you wanted to go to a movie or not. Maybe later?” he said.
“Yeah later. I got to go. Can I call you later?” I said as I laid back down.
“Sure. You have my number” he said.
“Ok thank you. I love you” I said.
“No problem. I love you too” he said then hung up. I closed my phone and looked at the ceiling trying to think of a away to help Orihime. I got up and walked to my window and saw Orochimaru staring at me. I was kind of freaked out about him standing out there like he’s a stalker. I smiled at him and he smiled back in a creepy way. I closed the curtains and went to the kitchen. When I got down there I herd foot steps.
“Hello lady Renamon. Lord Orochimaru wants you” a voice said. I turned around and saw Kabuto walking out of the darkness. I screamed then Kabuto grabbed me and disappeared with me.

I think Kabuto knocked me out or something cause I woke up about an hour later. I looked around and saw that I was in a bed room. I also felt something silky on my fur. I sat up and saw that I was wearing a long purple dress and matching gloves. I got off the bed and walked to the door. I tried to open it, but I couldn’t get it to budge.
“Where do you think your going…Renamon?” I herd a filmier voice say. I turned and saw Orochimaru walking out of the darkness towards me. I backed up as far as I can, but I was already against the door. Orochimaru put his hand on my right cheek and smiled. I jerked away knowing what he wanted. Orihime tolled me once about the legions when we were kids.
She loved mythical myths. I used to think that it was a lie, but now that I know the truth I believe her.
“Don’t touch me!” I yelled as I kicked him away. He disappeared in a puff of smoke. I knew it was a clone so I looked around for the real Orochimaru.
“Feisty aren’t you?” the real Orochimaru asked as he appeared behind me. I turned around and saw him in the door way watching me. He walked closer to me and put his arms around my hips. I struggled, but I couldn’t get free.
“Let me go! Your hurting me!” I yelped in pain.
“Get away from her! You snake!” I herd a female’s voice say. I looked behind Orochimaru and saw Orihime glaring at Orochimaru with eyes I never seen before. I nearly gasped when I saw the color of them. Her eyes were dark red. I couldn’t hear her heart beat like it used to. I didn’t even hear her breath. Her skin was so pale it looked like she was white as a ghost. It was like she was dead, but yet she was alive.
“Why should I? Orihime?” Orochimaru asked as he turned around with me still in his arms. I herd Orihime growl and hiss at him like she was some cat. Then she disappeared. I looked around, but I never did see her. Then Orochimaru let me go and held his sides in pain. I looked at him confused. Then I looked up and saw Orihime standing there with some blood on her hands. She walked over to me.
“Are you ok?” she asked as she grabbed my arm and put me on her back. I was surprised that she could do that. She usually couldn’t pick me up at all. Now she can its like she gained strength and power.
“Yeah I’m fine. What’s going on with you?” I asked as she started running. The walls looked like they were a blur.
“I’ll tell you later, but right now-” she said as she stopped running when she was at the entrance of Orochimaru’s hide out.
“you have to run home. Once you get there grab some things like clothing and go with Ichigo. He’ll take you to safety” she added as she put me down. Before I could saw something she was gone. I did what she tolled me to. I ran home and grabbed some clothing and a brush then there was a knock at my bedroom door. I opened it and saw Ichigo standing there waiting for me.
“Ready?” he asked as he walked in and took my bag.
“Yeah lets go” I said as I jumped out of my bed room window. Ichigo followed then put me on his back while holding my bag. We ran at the same speed that Orihime was running back at the hideout. I held on tight so that I won’t fall off. When we got to a warn out building Ichigo put me down and walked in. I followed hoping that Orihime would be ok and safe. Once we were inside I was amazed. The inside looked like a new built hotel, but the out side looked like it was warn out and a banded.
“This is a hotel for mythical creatures. Orihime insisted that I bring you here for your safety” Ichigo said as he got two room keys. Then he took me to my room and gave me my things. I walked in my room and unpacked my things. Then I laid on the bed. There was the pictures of me and Orihime. I bet that she brought them for me incase anything happened. ‘Be safe…Orihime’ I thought to myself then fell asleep.
Chapter 7
I must save her
After I put Renamon and tolled her want to do I ran back to fight Orochimaru. I had to stop him from trying to hurt Renamon. On the way I thought of my friends and that if I die it would break their hearts. I stopped and looked back to the entrance where I let Renamon run home on her own. I looked down around to see what I can find to fight him with, but I found nothing.
I sighed and started to run to Orochimaru. When I got to a clearing I stopped. Then the door behind me closed along with the others. I sniffed the air then hissed. Orochimaru was here in the room with me. I looked at the balcony and saw Kabuto with his lord Orochimaru. Suddenly my neck started hurting like mad. I fell to my knees while I held my neck. I was able to look up just to see Orochimaru standing in front of me.
“Well well its Orihime.” he said. I jumped to my feet in a flash. He looked at me surprised and thought that his curse mark made me like this.
“Your going to die” I said as I closed my eyes and eased my tensed body. I let my body relax for a few then I herd Orochimaru attack, but every time he tried to land an attack I either dogged it or blocked it with my eyes closed. I smelled fear and anger coming from him. Suddenly I smelled confidence not from Orochimaru, but from some other male. I opened my eyes to see who it was.
The male had long grey hair, looked like he was in his mid twenties, bones sticking out of his skin, and he had his shirt half way off.
“Kimimaru kill her” Orochimaru said as he got back on the balcony. I looked at the male who Orochimaru was preferring to then I closed my eyes again. Kimimaru started to charge at me, but my eyes popped open and they were my natural eye color. I looked at Kimimaru with eyes filled with sadness and innocence. I was hoping that my plan would work. He stopped charging and walked up to me as he grabbed his shoulder bone. It turned out to be a sword. I looked at him then hissed. It seemed like my plan wasn’t going to work so I charged at him and tried to claw him with my nails.
He dogged and hit me in the back with the bone sword. I cried out in pain as I hit the floor. I herd Orochimaru chuckle at me. Kabuto just watched me fight hoping that I wouldn’t die. I slowly got up and ready to fight. I grabbed a sword that was down there in the ditch and started to attack.
He blocked my attacks and attacked back. Of curse I blocked and dogged them, but he stabbed my stomach and I screamed in pain. Kimimaru looked at me as I fell to my side. I herd Orochimaru laugh his evil laugh and Kabuto gasp and fight back his tears. I only had little strength to look up at Kimimaru in his eyes filled with sadness and pity.
“Help me please” I said as my head fell back down then I blacked out. I don’t know what was going to happen to me or Renamon, but I want her safe. I don’t really care on what happened to me, but I want the people around me to be safe. Especially Renamon and Ichigo. I thought of my friends and how much they meant to me.
Chapter 8
Kabuto
Why won’t she run?
I watched Orihime fight Kimiaru for her sisters safety. I looked away when Kimiaru hit Orihime. I couldn’t believe that my body wouldn’t move so I can stop this. I saw lord Orochimaru look at me and shook his head in disapproval. I turned my head to watch again and I saw her black out. I jumped down there and picked up her body then disappeared. I don’t care if lord Orochimaru kills me or not. I just want her to be safe.
“Wake up Orihime. Please” I whispered into her ear. I felt her body breath faster and faster. Then her breathing stopped. I ran to an a banded hotel and walked in. once I walked in it looked like it was a new building. I saw Ichigo walk down the stares and to the front desk. I laid her body down then looked toured Ichigo.
“Ichigo come get Orihime!” I yelled as I ran out, but before I went though the doors I saw Ichigo run to Orihime’s body and pick her up. As I stepped on the sidewalk I saw a friend of Orihime, Mai. I saw her with Kisame. ‘I should tell her Orihime’s in danger’ I thought. So I walked up to her. Once they saw me they glared at me with anger.
“Mai I need to tell you something” I said as I looked at my hands.
“What is it?!” she yelled at me. I stepped back. Her and Kisame are like half a soul destined to be together. I always thought that was the same with me and Orihime.
“Orihime is in danger along with Renamon” I said as I stepped back again. I didn’t want to be hit or anything. Mai looked at me with anger and fear in her eyes. Then Kisame grabbed my shirt and lifted me in the air.
“Were is she!?” he yelled. I knew that Kisame would do anything for Mai. I pointed to the a banded hotel and he let me go. I saw them walk in the building and I bet that they where shocked as I was when I walked in. I felt like I was being watched so I ran to the hideout as fast as I can. I never looked back.
Chapter 9
Renamon
What happen to Orihime?
I changed out of the dress that Orochimaru put me in and into a pair of shredded jeans and a tank top that shows my stomach. I walked out of my room and down the stars to the lobby. I saw Kisame, Mai, Ichigo, and what appears to be Orihime. I ran to them and saw that Orihime was knocked out, stabbed in the gut, and not breathing. I gasped as I covered my mouth and backed away.
My phone rang and I answered it. I noticed that everyone was staring at me. I ignored them and walked to a corner and sat down then hugged my knees.
“H-Hello?” I asked as I tried not to cry.
“Renamon what’s wrong?” I herd Kakashi ask
“I think that Orihime is d-dead” I stuttered to upset to talk straight.. I felt some tears fall from my face. I quickly wiped them away before anyone noticed.
“Renamon” I herd my named called I looked up and saw Ichigo carry Orihime to me. She was awake, but sounded badly. I got up and hugged her still crying. I felt her pat my furry head and sing the lullaby that our mother sang to us when we were little. I nearly fell asleep, but I let her go and walked to my room to lay down.
Once I got up there I saw Kakashi in my room. I looked at him in shock wondering how he knew I was here. He looked at me and smiled. He got up and hugged me like he never saw me in two years. I hugged back knowing that I would feel safe. I herd Ichigo take Orihime to his room and put her on the bed. I herd her tell him what happened and everything.
I was surprised on what I herd. I herd that Orochimaru put a curse mark on Orihime and nearly killed her. I was ticked now. I wanted to kill Orochimaru now more then ever. I looked at Kakashi who fell asleep after and hour then I ran out the door. I needed some fresh air. So I went outside to the back. I leaned against the wall and breathed in the fresh crisp air. I couldn’t believe that it was fall when the air smelled like summer.
I herd a foot step not far from me so I looked around ready to fight if I need to. I saw nothing in the darkness. I felt someone breath down my neck from behind me. I turned around and someone grabbed me. I struggled to get away, but the stranger was strong. I yelped in pain when I felt something sharp sink into my neck. I herd four gulps of my blood being swallowed. I felt amounts of my blood leave my body. I gasped as I blacked out from the attack.
Chapter 10
I’ll get my revenge
As I was laid down on Ichigo’s bed I tolled him what happened back at Orochimaru’s hideout and I showed him the curse mark. He narrowed his eyes knowing that with the curse make’s power and my vampire powers mixed meant that it wasn’t good. I had to learn to control them apart then together. I looked at my stomach as he licked the blood off then healed my wound.
When he was done I thanked him then got up to change into pajamas, but Ichigo grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him. I looked at him then read his mind. I was about to kiss him, but I smelt blood. I ran to the window and saw Renamon attacked by some creature. I jumped off the balcony when Renamon blacked out.
Ichigo followed me to help. When we landed the creature was gone, but it left Renamon behind. I picked her up and jumped to my balcony. I landed on it and walked inside. I felt her breath normally, but I didn’t feel her heart beat. That’s when I saw the puncher wounds. I showed Ichigo and he was furious more then ever.
He explained that some vampires purifier to hunt humans when others hunted animals. I put Renamon in her room on the bed next to Kakashi. I walked out of her room and closed the door behind me. As I walked to my room Ichigo grabbed my arms and pulled me closer to him to were my back was pressed against his chest. I smiled at his thought.
“We can’t. I’m sorry maybe later” I said as I walked in the room and closed the door behind him. I changed into pajamas and laid on the bed. I watched Ichigo change his shirt, but I looked away when he was changing his paints. I thought that he might wanted some privacy. I got under the covers and nearly fell asleep when I sang me and Renamons lullaby. When my eyes closed I could feel Ichigo kiss my neck slowly and rough, I sighed when one of his kisses landed on the curse mark making the pain stop.

After a few hours I woke up earlier then usual. I got out of the covers and off the bed. I walked to the window and out on the balcony. I looked at the stares thinking to myself about on what I was going to do when I catch Orochimaru. I walked back in and got me a glass of fresh blood from the mini fridge.
I took a sip as I walked back out, but I spat it back out when I looked down and saw a pair of blood red eyes with a silver pupil. To me it looked like the male I fought earlier that day. I hissed and he started to say something in what I was tolled was ‘old tongue’. I didn’t understand until Ichigo approach unnoticed behind me and translated it, I nearly jumped out of my slippers when he started talking.
“He said that he’s sorry for the stab wound, but he needed to be free and that was his only choice, but Orochimaru won’t let him go like he said he would” Ichigo translated to me as I stared at the male. Kimimaru appeared to be a vampire as well, but he was caught by Orochimaru and became a servant. I felt bad for him. I looked at Ichigo and saw him deep in thought.
“He can come with us” I said as I looked back at Kimimaru. Kimimaru smiled hoping that Ichigo would agree. I herd Ichigo sigh and agreed after fifteen minutes. We met Kimimaru at the lobby and got him a room not far from ours. When we took him to his room I was shocked on what he said.
“Thank you Orihime. I knew that you were chosen for a reason” Kimimaru said as she smiled at me. I stared at him wondering what he meant by that. I herd Ichigo clear his throat. I looked at Ichigo and saw that he was mad at Kimimaru for saying that. Kimimaru closed his door and me and Ichigo walked back to the room.
I was tired from the day and from all that has happened. When I walked in I laid on the bed and fell asleep once my head came to contact with the pillow. Once I was sleep I felt Ichigo nip at my neck. I didn’t know what he was doing and I didn’t care. All I wanted was to sleep.
That night I dreamed that Orochimaru made me evil and I tried to kidnap my own sister. Once I gave her to Orochimaru he killed me, Ichigo, and Kakashi. I woke up almost ready to scream. I tolled myself that I was a dream. I herd something coming from Renamon’s room so I went to see what happened. Once I walked in I saw that the room was a mess and that Renamon was no where to be found. I saw Kakashi knocked out on the floor.
I looked on the bed and saw a note. The note said that Renamon was taken and would never return. I crumbled the note when I saw who it was from. It was from Orochimaru. He kidnapped Renamon for the second time. I was tired of this, but I did notice that if he had Renamon then all hell’s going to break lose. I know that Renamon has hidden power that I was tolled to protect.
That’s why I treat her like a caged up animal. I don’t mean to it just happens. I ran back to my room and packed a few things then got dressed. Once I was in my assign clothing I left Ichigo a note telling him everything. Then I jumped out of the window and followed Orochimaru’s sent. Along the way I ran into a fork of Orochimaru’s sent. One was going right and the other was going left. I followed my instincts and went left. It appeared to be his old hideout. that’s when I remembered that he changes from one place to an other. I was so annoyed by it. He could be anywhere by now. I figured that I could have Ichigo train me to make me stronger, smarter, and faster. Then I’ll get my revenge.
