Nail art is so cool. I can't draw a straight line so I usually stay with just plain nail polish. But at Halloween. :)







Yes, simple but kind of cute.



And I can so tell when I use cheap nail polish vs nice brand. But when am I ever going to use orange but for one time a year?

That is so cute! I wish I could paint my nails. Nail polish just peels right off no matter what I use. Its the same way with fakenails. I love them, but can't wear them. They pop right off 2 days later.

Spent two hours making men and women into horror freaks. All for the town fire department haunted house. Now home with a nice iced soda, Grimm and Dracula is the plans for the night, while playing some on the site.

Simple things really.



Fake blood, latex, toilet paper, soda and good TV. I am easy to please.



One of the guys at the Haunted House (he is the older man in charge of the divers for lake search/ recovery) had a image and asked if I could do the look. I could, with some time. He really wanted to do it, even made a outfit for it.



So I started on it, had to leave someone else to do all the layers of single tissue all over his face, rough it up with some stray small stripes, then went back to it, two or three times between drying time. I think every lady doing the makeups had a hand in his look, with me showing them how to do it. And him even asking if we can do this and that.



At the end I did a gray/ brown powder to finish the wrinkle, torn, rip skin of our dry out zombie. It looked good, I have to say. If he had the white out contacts it would of set it off. And if he would shave off his beard. lol



But as he took the time to work on his outfit, *a suit he ruined with saw, blow torch, drill, was way too big on him but it fit the look* ... I had to take the time to do the makeup. How can you not?



And the ladies all know how to do it now so they can do it on their own next time.



This guy, and his lovely wife, are so nice. Only ones who really take the time to talk to me and that is Ok. I am not that friendly, trust me.



But he loves the makeup, the looks. He walks in and goes "Can you shadow this wound a little?" "More red on the edges? Like the wound is pulling.." "Yeah yeah- you get what I mean." And I do. He use to paint, and that is the best kind of person to help with makeup. They understand the shadow, angles, highlights that makes a good horror makeup.



It isn't all blood and white face, black eyes. At least the ones I like to do isn't. Tonight he was willing to set for hours to get the look, and afterwards folks loved it.



See what you can do with more then 10/ 15 minutes? Yeap... that is what I love to do, a real detailed makeup. Give me a hour and I can give you some kick ass looks.



While that is not the case at the Haunted House- tonight his makeup reminded me of why I do enjoy doing horror makeup.



And this after Moonie told me to go, have fun. To do something different. :D Such good advice, and one that came about tonight.



And it was fun! ;)

No. Sorry but I really don't like taking photos of other folks, post them online. It is a look I will try myself at some point. It was that good. :) Be better if more time, and better makeup like the stuff I have at home, better brushes.

Poor little boy, last night you showed again your true colors. Instead of it being in PM and behind the screen- you showed how you all for all to see.



And no one is fighting to get you back on the site.

No one is standing up for you.

Everyone can see what we put up with for years from you and your little group.



Thing is- you crossed a line. After soooo many chances, warnings, you would not stop and the big guy said "That is enough- ban him."



No amount of money is going to get you back.



But one good thing about it- the 'others' like you have learned they can't just keep breaking the rules.



If you think having a lifetime or paid membership is going to let you get by with anything- look toward this little boy and learn.

You would think being banned would be a big enough...hint, or gesture to let the guy know he isn't wanted here. Last night I saw some things said that...no normal, or healthy person would say, it was horrible. I don't understand becoming Angry at someone for doing what they were supposed to do. Honestly back in the day I said some pretty bad stuff, but never to someone who was doing what they were meant to do, I accepted responsibility for my behavior and didn't carry on like this. This all comes back to this person's state of mind, being unable to accept responsibility for their actions and the fact that they perpetually play the victim. I would not speak out like this normally, I have changed since way back when...but I saw some horrible things said via kismet last night, some sick, violent, sexual things. This person attacked innocent people and minors. He needs to stay gone.

Delete my comment if it is over the line, or if I should have said nothing, but I just could not condone the filthy, hateful things that were said.

He won't stop. He brought this on his self with the way he acted. He has no one to point fingers at, unless he is pointing them at himself. But we know that won't happen because it takes a real 'man' to stand up and say "I was wrong". He'll blame everyone else like little children do.



When you are banned from VR with paid profile(s), then yeah, it is pretty clear you were wrong. That doesn't just happen for shits and giggles.. it happens because ToS was violated over and over, and the chances he had to learn, he didn't.

While I love the American Horror Story The Coven- I have learned I really dislike the whole fish lens they use for part of it. Forget the Blair Witch movie, cam moving- put a fish lens on and it makes me sick to watch it. Really- get over the effect. There is a reason folks don't use it.



Face Off show. I am really really glad Laney left the show. I wanted her thrown off by the judges for the crap work but her leaving on her own works to. I just wish they had thrown off Miranda. She should of been gone a long time ago. And sorry but- you have a time frame to do the work. Making your other competitors help you with demolding you molds, getting your model to do his own body paint, help make his outfit, is CHEATING. They need to stop that crap, make it far to all of them. Last night she didn't even do half the work- the model did it for her. Cheater.



I really hope Laura and Tate win this year. They have done some freaking great work. :)

Face Off I kind of liked her, but her work hasn't improved and has gotten worse. She couldn't handle doing something in with a deadline. Not the place for her. I really wish Miranda was tossed tha night. She did absolute shoddy work that eclipsed anything she succeeded in prior to it. Her model shouldn't have, ever, had to do any of her work. Cheating fraud.



Tate and Laura totally rock! I was in love with both of their Dark Elf Warriors. Both so elegantly done. :)

And I wished the little swirl things had worked for Laura, but her painting skills shined when she had to paint them on instead.



I not a fan of the other guy, the older one. Some of his is ... over the top? if I can say that. Same issues he had last time on the show. He reached to far, and let his craft suffer for it, I think. Not a winner. 3rd place, yes. But not a winner when you have the other two.

Oh, and I agree with you on the older guy. He would be better off working with someone as opposed to being the main artist. He has some cool ideas, but he's reaching too far with some of his concepts.



I LOVED her paint job on her dark elf. Very sensual, yet mysterical and dark. ^_^

Long day. Got some work done, the small paychecks wrote out for the boys, property taxes paid, bank visit for some papers for USDA thingy, two Dr. visits done with my brother, plumber and painter dealt with, and got hold of the work hands needed for next week with a whole week booked of work. :D



Even had time to take the dog for a ride to town. Stop to just say hello to Cat and her Sis as they sat, waiting for the kids at school to be let out.



Ran into Birdy's Mom and Dad at one of the Dr. offices, had a short visit. Last time I saw them was at a Dr. office. Seems her dad and my brother visit common ones for heart, etc.



Small towns, got to love them.



Now home but working tonight. :D I haven't had a run in over 5 months, be good to do one and get the money to get my hubcap replaced. And some money to go toward the medical bills I made Tuesday. I thinking 130 for the boobs, and maybe 200 for the nose. We will wait and see when the bills shows up.



Nose is still sore, swollen a little still. But a record of no nosebleed in the last two days. *cross fingers*

At home today. The nose was sore, and since I sleep with my face in the pillow... well, didn't sleep well for the 2nd night in a row. But have to say my nose didn't bleed. Yeah!



So I called sis when my alarm went off at 7:00 am, asking if I could stay home. She said 'Sure- I am already up, got lab work for (my brother) this morning. I will be back by 8:30 as we are hitting the lab at 7:30. It is cold outside, no need to heat the office if you want to stay home."



So I go back to sleep. She calls me to say she was getting food on the way back home, just after 8:00am. She would get my brother to walk my food up when they get home. I hung up...and went back to sleep.



I woke to a sound of a knock on the door, got up and threw on my robe and open the back door to find empty wrappers. O.o



I called my sis- turns out my brother couldn't get a answer and left the food on my patio chair, the normal place he leaves things for me to find. But over a hour ago. lol



Guess the cats that roam the area got a good meal.



I made toast with some jam.



Will cook a nice lunch/ dinner later. Got chicken breast, thinking crock pot of some goodness. But also got a mix for potatoes soup. Thinking that is going to be the winner for this cold day. :)

Dr. today about my nose bleeds. Went to a ENT *Ear, nose throat* and seems vein in my nose, pressure, etc. Left two hours later with a chemical burn to close the vein. Follow up in two weeks, might have a few more issues but no pulp. So with a little work I hope the nose bleeds are a thing of the past. Just have to not lift heavy things/ put a cream on my nose for the next ten days. :)



I also got the boobs checked, and a nice gift from the place as October is breast awareness month. That was a stunner but enjoying the little gift bag the hospital handed out.



So between the two Dr. apts - my sister who lives in the town that was driving me to them, her best friend from collage days *who went into the Nose Dr. with me* as my sister went to a Dr. apt of a mother of another old friend. Yes, she has a life, many friends, and why she can't seem to ever come home to help with Mom.... OK- rant for later.



Anyway- all of use went to Vicky's work place to have a picnic lunch with her, her mom *the older woman from above* Collage friend, and my sister. She works at a hospital, NA.



We was sitting there, kind of nice all of use together since it has been 5 years since the last time *dad's death*... when we see a black van pull up to the loading dock. Yes- we was at the loading dock, sitting at a table. They had come to get a dead body. O.o What a Halloween kind of picnic.



Right after we ate the burger we had, it was back in the car for us as a man came around the building on a riding mover, which just sets off my sinus. And Vicky had to get back to work so hugs, and in the car I went. So didn't want to start coughing, nose running, sneezes.



Home with a sore nose, boobs hurt, and headache. Had a nose bleed this morning, two yesterday, and three over the weekend along with the tummy issues. I just hope they are over with. *crosses fingers*



Now if Cat will get better, she sounded bad on the phone a few hours ago when we was catching up with each other.



Wonder how Birdy's weekend event went. Should call her but ... think I will just duel the mind, go to bed early.



And hope I am not woken up with the blood running down my throat, coughing it up. I ruined a ivory blanket last night damn it, got blood on it.



I never could be a vampire- the taste of blood is not something I want to taste again for a long long long time.

I coule listen to this all day. Damn but these two can sing.

The Walking Dead was intresting from last night. Poor little piggies never got to market, I see. At least the horse was saved on this one.



Who else thinks the sword warrior lady has lost a child? Most touching part of the show, her holding that baby, crying.



Makes you wonder what life she had before. Was she a teacher? A stay at home Mom? Worked in a secret lab?



And does anyone else think the tie in on the worms they feed the pigs mean anything? The dear, wild hog Rick talking about being sick that he found out in the woods in a trap, the pig that died in the pen.



Maybe the animals are being infected, you eat them, and it infects you. Or might be what the one guy *who, by the way- when did the DR. show up??* said it was the flu, a string not seem yet, if you get sick you turn. Where did they find this guy at? Poor old Hersley is outdated to this new DR. who has pop into the jail.



Looking forward to seeing how this works out. And glad to see the gun given back to Carl. Dude can really do what needs done, like his father.

Been sick since Friday afternoon. Stomach has been tossing and turning. I went to bed last night just after 9:00 pm felt so weak. Up three or four times during the night for bathroom visits, but still slept till noon.



Today hasn't been much better other then not putting anything but crackers in my stomach.



Blahhh.... and I missed two nights of makeup for the haunted house. :(



Sucks.



Think I will be going back to sleep soon, just feel so weak.

So want to be home with a nice creamy potato soup on, bread in the oven, sitting with a blanket over my legs, with my fake smiling pumpkin lite up.



And scary movies on the TV.



Today just screams for that kind of day.

And with the nose bleed of this morning- Next Tuesday is the apointment with the Nose/Throat/Ear Dr in a town 100 miles away. While I am there I am going to get my boob flated and Xrayed. Mammogram never bother me much, use to having heavy things on my chest, hitting me in that area at work so not as tender as most.



Yeah- Dr. bills for Christmas.

The news I got today- no idea how much pressure that takes off my shoulders. :)

Just gave myself 45 mins to watch The Walking Dead from last night.



I didn't get that Rick left the woman to turn, to be with her hubby's head. I took that he killed her since she wasn't moving as he walked away. So... why leave the head? Why not honor the man who was, the man who took care of his wife and died doing so, why not end his 'unlife' as well?



And the whole Harry Potter look-a-like in the shower at the end. How did he become sick if not bitten? I think it will tie in with the hog. Maybe the food? Or the water?



Looks to be a great show this year. Liked how couples are started, and poor Daryl has become a 'rock star' that he should be. lol :) Honey, he can be on my side of the zombie war anytime. ;)



I hope he mates up with Carol, more then anyone else. They seem to mesh good together. Her 'story time' lessons show that. They both fight, know the true deal of what it is going to take and ain't afraid to do it.



The supermarket was kick butt. Zombies falling from the sky. Nice!

Amusingly enough that happened just last night in my drunken cam session. I can't remember much to due to a combination of mixing drinks and chugging wine but I think an Anon came into my cam and mentioned you. I personally don't really care what most Anons say because a lot of them are trolls and will say anything to get reactions and so on, I don't mind them being in my cam though as I get my kicks by tormenting them.

Just got a meeting done with the man who is going to repair a home that is empty. Thinking it is time to do remodel on the bathroom, change out the old cast iron tub.And the extra half shower in the utilty room needs replaced with a full shower as the floor in front of the shower has been replaced two or three times now as water stands, spills out.



But am I really in the mood to start a remodel? No. Seems I really don't want to take on more.



But it needs done for a while now.



Just... not in the mood.

You know- I think I will like this Pope. He is so different then the last few. Really like his actions.

I have always wanted to have a second hand shop. We have a lot of those second hand used baby stores here. I think that would be awesome to do as well.



Owner of a pawn shop could be interesting as well, you never know what someone is gong to bring in.



Treasure hunter - By going out and finding buried and lost treasures. We have a metal detector, it is a lot of fun.

Phone calls from this morning-



Call into the USDA for farm issue/ info got the answer of "We are not longer open due to the goverment cuts. No one is here to help you, please don't leave a message. Thank you."



Customer trying to book a move, has to be out by the end of the month. "The end of the month is busy for us, folks try to move out before the rent is due. But you got time to book, no rush, it is wide open right now." As we have two jobs on the book for the rest of the month- WIDE open but didn't tell her that.



And got the BP gas credit card... yeah, who has a few thousands to loan? :)
