I woke up this morning after dreaming more bizarre things, about being among a group of children, as a child, and tracking down a serial killer by the chakrik patterned and placed burns on the victims bodies.

The children were dead, but still moving, breathing, and having brain patterns - they were just funneling energy to the chakra-vampire type person from those around them. The burn patterns acted as a funnel or a conduit.

It was disturbing. Ayuh. Disturbing. I woke before we could get the bad guy. I remember we were on a different planet than this one, although we started out here. One of the last things in the dream prior to my waking was me turning to one of the other kids and asking, "The gods are the same all over the universe, right? They can hear me here?"

I have, at times, as well as other things :P

I think, though, it is related to a stressful situation that finally 'releases and I am able to relax' at least that's when I dream about it. :P

I keep having dreams where I am trying to take a shower, but I cannot get people to leave me alone long enough to do so. Also - these showers are placed in really odd places, like over a hardwood desk, in a bedroom complete with carpeting, etc. What the hell is my subconscious trying to tell me?

You want people to leave you alone in these spaces. Bedroom = personal space. Someone is in your personal life you don't want there. They know your business and they need to get the hell out because they irritate you.

Desk = you're strapped at work. Too much going on and you want all the idiots to go, as you say, fuck an electric fence. ;-)

I had a strange youth hostel dream again. I was traveling in Europe with a friend who lives in the extreme northern part of Europe. Some kind of major war began while I was over there, and we were all herded into various youth hostels for "safe-keeping." The hostels were so overcrowded with travelers that people had to share beds. (Imagine - tall man and short chubby me having to share a twin bed. I snore, and am a restless sleeper. It'd be kinder if I froze on the floor, I think, in retrospect.)

It was a frightening dream, in that no one knew what was going on. There was a news black-out, and there were UN troops everywhere - but the UN troops were not the "peace-keeping" troops - they were vile and violent. It was freezing outside, snowing, and there were so many episodes of random violence.

It seemed like the dream lasted damn near a month, of us living in this hostel, and such. There did not seem to be any end in sight. We kept having to avoid the troops and investigators finding out I was an American, because Americans were tortured on broadcasts.

I remember trying to be invisible, trying to take comfort offered from my friend and give comfort at the same time. There was no comfort, just shared misery and fear.
