My 9 year old son just informed me that his dad and the new Mrs. aren't taking him trick or treating tomorrow. He tells me that Katy has him scared to go out now. She filled his head with stories of poison and evil doings done to children. She isn't even going to take him to the church. They are staying in and having family over, she calls it a party. They have no decorations because as she has told my son it is "evil". My son has always gotten really excited about Halloween every year and I take him everywhere and they have managed to ruin that for him now too.

Then he tells me that when he tried to change the channel from a Scooby Doo episode he has seen a zillion times to a Disney channel that had Wizards of Waverly Place on she said no because it was "evil". Apparently she doesn't know that Scooby Doo and his gang chase after ghosts, vampires and "bad guys" lol....

Good God I've about had enough. I like her and everything and they have the right to their own rules in their house BUT I don't want my son being paranoid like they are or a freaking fanatic!

Oh Hon, the Best thing to do is to Just tell them you are the one raising him so your rules are the ones that apply to him and you will not have her trying to scare the hell out of him over something like that. If she doesn't believe in it fine but to keep it to her self and not corrupt your child with her stupidity .

I just got back from vacation in New Orleans..........and guess what happened while I was there?.............I got the Swine Flu.

Lucky me, story of my life. Won't be on much, the fever comes and goes but will update you all later on what little I squeezed in.

So tomorrow is the big day, can't wait to set foot in New Orleans tomorrow night, I soooooo need this vacation. Can't wait to meet Jessica (xxxPassionxxx) and see all the sights. I doubt I will be on here much I have a pretty full schedule planned but I will be taking lots of pictures and will post them on here when I get back.

I am just going to miss my son terribly, we have never been apart for more than a few days when he is at his dads *pouts*.

So, I sleep in the nude most of the time. Well last night I am laying on my side with my backside facing out, half awake, when I feel the bed move behind me and thats when I received a nasty bite on my ass! Hard enough to draw blood and it hurt like hell, I about leaped out of the bed I screamed so loud, I'm sure it was comical to see lmao!

The culprit turned out to be my cat Jasper, he's a huge and deviously mean kitty, apparently my ass was in his way.....lol

I understand you girl, I can access from home, but when I try from work, since the computers are not mine I can't do squat and I can only view vr, not log in, when I try to log in, I get ask over and over to log in, no error just unable to log.

So I am using Sc-fi, as it seems I can log on sci-fi from work ^^

Bad-assery!! Johnny Depp is going to be playing The Mad Hatter in the new Alice In Wonderland movie! It looks incredibly awesome, he is wicked cool in this roll and I can't wait to see it. My son and I just got back from seeing 9, it was alright, my son loved it and it had a moral that he picked up on so even better.

My son tells me he wants to be the Grim Reaper for Halloween, I say COOL! But the new Mrs. Brown said "do you really want to be someone that kills people?". *groans*. She then tells my son that they are going to the Churchs party and he needs to be someone "nice". Now I have nothing against the Church goings on, hell my dad is the pastor of The First Christian Church, but I'm taking my son out on the town and in his Grim Reaper costume too!! She says "Black is evil", I kid you not, the color black is evil she says...I must be going to hell LOL

Tentative plans for New Orleans: Cocktail Tour, yeah baby ;) , Audubon Zoo, Garden District Walking Tour, Audubon Aquarium, Cemetery and Gris-Gris Walking Tour, French Quarter, Bourbon Street, we will go out one night to the clubs on Canal I believe it is and one night to a Gay Club, not that it matters but Jessica is a Lesbian and I think it would be fun to see her in her element *snorts*, she's such a dirty bird :P Also Saw VI opens while I am there and we have to go see it.

Anyone have any other suggestions I would be happy to hear them :)

I'm thinking of going brunette. Now, my hair is naturally a light brownish/blond. In the summer I have it highlighted with 2 different shades of blond and in the winter with 2 shades of caramel so it doesn't look like a coloring and just the highlight its meant to be. Of course I have been doing this for years so maybe my hair is darker than I think, a good possibility.

I have natural tints of red in my hair, I was born a red head, my dad has red hair, and I was a really light blond for a very long time. My mother has almost black hair.

I dunno, I just need a change...

YAY! I'm going to New Orleans!!! I bought my plane ticket last night and will be arriving on the 20th of this month and will be staying a whole week. We will be staying part of the time in Biloxi in a hotel on the beach and it will be the first time I have seen the Ocean, I'm so excited!! I can't wait to see all the sights in New Orleans and to meet Jessica of course, she is such a doll :) After all the crap I have been through lately I figure I deserve a little splurge, counting the days...

Unfortunately you will be missing out on all the amazing old, OLD homes that were washed away on that beach due to Katrina :( They are doing an awesome job in Biloxi recovering, however.
