The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I broke a tooth the other day a rear upper molar and joy of joys called the dentist yesterday and he was able to get me in today. Gotta love a friendly dentist well okay maybe not love...lol Anyway 3 hours later and I'm home minus a tooth. He was good went over the options on how to save it and then didn't get ticked when I said just pull it! He just asked me if I was ready now and when I said yes it was Okay let's get to it.



He's good though gave me 4 shots to numb it up and then when he went to poking it and I flinched he stopped asked if I was feeling that and when I said yes he went for 2 more shots. 10 minutes later it was gone and I didn't even need stitches. Yippee!



He was even cool enough to give me strong ibuprofen instead of narcotic pain meds, when I told him I didn't want them, they just make me toss my cookies. lol



So the numbness is nearly worn off now and a bit of soreness is creeping in so I think it's a good time for a pill and a nap. So ya'll have a good evening (day) and I'll check in tomorrow. lol

Ok. I'm sure he is a great guy, but if he had done it right, you would have only needed on shot, two at the most. Do not rinse your mouth, chew and keep liquids on the other side, and call me if you need me...lol

POST COMMENT

Spent yesterday with Rat and Birdie and it was wonderful. We had a day having fun together and it's been too long a time since we did.



We took flower's to VW's family cemetery and she fixed it up nice and corrected my mistake in thinking her Dad's birthday was the day before mine, it's the day after instead. lol We'll argue about anything sometimes.



Then to a old abandoned house VW wanted to take pictures of and Birdie snapped pictures of her doing it. Birdie's hubby got her a nice new "read fancy" camera for Christmas. Rat didn't find anything good but Elemental snapped some good ones of her poking around and trespassing on private property. lol I sat in the car and watched the two of them and it was good.



We had lunch at the oldest town diner aka "the slut hut" for it's history of shall we say loose behavior as the first 24hour diner around here. Damn good food though and the best cole slaw in the world.



Finally a pit stop by my house as I managed to get horribly car sick and needed a short break while my sister picked Birdie's brain about my niece's weird behavior. Everyone wants to talk to her no matter where we go together. She's just that kind of person, you'll spill your guts to her after 2 minutes. lol



Anyway it felt wonderful to be out with my best friends and doing just want we wanted to be doing, hanging together.

It was a good day. I had missed our times together as well. Yeah I had fun catching a Rat trying to get in a dark, dank, place.....lol. Thanks for the compliment....now...who wants to tell me their secrets?? Grins...
