So, upon returning to Rave I've realized that most of my Coven membership is gone. I then went about removing those whose presence displeased me. The ones I have kept, inactive or not, I've kept mostly because I know them, or I simply like looking at them.
I'm going to do some building work after a little while and then I'll begin the process of recruiting again. It's odd, so much has changed around here and yet still, so much is the same. Induction, for anyone other than the welfare babies whose wrists seem nailed to their computer desks, is still a pain in the ass.
I'll be looking to induct the creative mostly, though their participation outside of offering varying sorts of media content isn't of much concern to me.

You know what I love about this place? There is abundance of ancient and "non human vampires" here, and they all seem to hang out in rave chat rooms and endure suspiciously adolescent spells of acne.
Apparently, after hundreds of years of sorrow and grueling experience, they've all come to this place ..where they not only cannot afford premium memberships, but also cannot spell. I mean really, where else can you find such genuine examples of immortal grace? :)

So, I understand that I rarely seem to peek in these days, but allow me to assure you, I still do. I've been a member of this site for six years, and was active for a good portion of that time. It follows that when I see people mindlessly stamping my profile with "welcome notes", I raise an eyebrow. Indeed, though I've said it in the past, I really do need to become more active on this site again. I will begin that process this evening by writing a new journal update in addition to this one, explaining where the hell I've been and what I've been doing. On Thursday, I'll become a Premium member again, and then I'll rework the profile complete with new photos. It's going to be interesting to mingle with all of you again after so long, and returning to the forums should be a happy thing as well.

If you'd have me, I would love to head back to Les Enfants. I'm going to see what I can do with one of my profiles. I mean, yours ia, and always has been, one of my top five favorite Societies.

Les Enfants de Mon Dieu has always interested me. I was a member, under one username or another, I didn't participate much...but I loved the atmosphere of the coven. It definitely has more to offer than the other societies.
