Ok, here we are. No kidding. I've done this before with the Doc's help, errr his STRONG advice. Basically you WILL lose weight to get your cholesterol down Michelle, he scolds. He's about the same age as my dad, before he died. So I affectionately listen to his, in one ear out the other.
It's all good.
So in about 4 months I lost about 20lbs. What happened? I sort of threw a vampire ball, got too caught up, too stressed, and whammo! So there ya go.
We have the resources, we have the space, we have the will, we have the motivation, and most importantly..........we have the TIME!
A whole year to indulge this. Right now we are on a budget so the fat free stuff will have to put to payday, BUT we can excercise, and not do stupid stuff and eat a whole bowl of, ramon?
Let me hit the scale...........217.4lbs. My best so far was 212lbs. So I don't have that much more to lose to catch up to where I was. SWEET!
Well off I go to have dinner, and clean the room some more probably. This is gonna be a trip.
