I'm hoping you meant freedom of "speech." Speed is pretty costly and its use is generally frowned on in most intellectual discourse. (Though if you're getting free speed, it explains a lot.) I'm going to assume that was a typo and give you the benefit of the doubt, but a little friendly advice...spell check before you insult.
I know exactly what the second amendment is. You cite the 2nd after discussing the issues of the first, so my question to you was whether or not YOU knew it. It isn't clear from your text that a well regulated militia and citizens bearing arms were of concern to you. It appeared that you were using this pattern..."I love my brother, Joe, and all that he stands for." See?
I was asking for clarification.

are you retarded, the first amendmant is freedom of speed, the 2nd is right to bear arms, how stupid can a person be to not know the difference between the "2"?

Yes, because of freedom of speech, you have the right to stand in the middle of the street and yell that word as loudly as you like and I certainly wouldn't dispute your right to do so.
As you referenced, it is against the TOS, so you got popped here. Also, I'd like to point out that VR doesn't just serve the U.S. People from many countries join and don't give a damn about U.S. law.
On your profile, you cite the second amendment after referencing freedom of speech...you do know that freedom of speech is a first amendment freedom, yes? You have taken the time to read the Constitution you use to support your position, surely? And if you have, may I ask if you recognize the spirit of that document? Whatever your personal beliefs may be...even in places where they might line up with some of the crafters of that very document, do you see any place where they conduct themselves in the way you do?
I know you said that you don't welcome "negative" comments, but if you don't welcome other positions, how can you grow and learn? Please notice that I'm not yelling insults at you...I'm asking reasonable questions, checking to see if a reasonable man lies within.

the words "n*" have been replaced, with more less racial words, even though it is not illegal to type or post the word "n*" here within the USA yet , considering there is a "n*" in the whitehouse then i do see it becoming illegal pretty soon, and since it is in the T.O.S. it has been replaced
The * was mine.

I now fully understand why Morrigon removed vista and "upgraded" to XP. I was trying to make a picture collage for a comment in Beastt's journal. Photoshop and Vista are NOT friends. This was one ugly ugly crash. I was starting to get pretty worried about whether I was even going to be able to re-boot my computer. FEH! MEH and Feh!!!
COMMENTS
To my understanding any piece of software which causes the computer to crash, causes the loss of data, promotes incompatibilities between running applications and slows all of the operations of the computer or leads to a frequent need to re-boot is more properly classified as a virus or at least mal-ware. I think Vista fully qualifies as such. ;-) I don't see that it really qualifies as an operating system which may explain why Microsoft is already a year (or more), into the development of the (now code-named), "Windows 7". That said, my Vista machine and Photoshop usually get along at least marginally. I keep threatening to install one of the older (lighter), versions of Photoshop on my newest computer and see if that little 1.6GHz Atom can keep up.
I can only sing the praises of Vista. If it's only photoshop that is the problem you may have a corrupt piece of software.
But I will readdress that statemaent when my pc crashes!
Jo...you know my credentials and I am buying a Mac. If that is not endorsement enough, well, I can direct your attention to the long list of Microsuck blunders with their O/S and browser...
On a high note, the price of tea in China lowered a bit enough to let me buy in bulk. :)
Vista is a generational O/S mistake my Microsoft. Much like ME, it is a transitional O/S and poorly developed. Much like ME, it will be swept under the rug by the release of the next version.
What brings Vista's issues more into the limelight is Apple's current strength as a competitor and their increased marketing attacks towards Microsoft... that and ME was directed at the consumer market where Vista is directed at all markets.
Stick with XP for now. With Microsoft's current state of development on XP it is the better of the three operating systems...
And people wonder why I refuse to own a computer with Vista.
I am boycotting microsoft. It has very little effect on the company, I know--but I refuse to purchase, or even use any more of these ever-coming operating systems. I swear there's a new one every month. Good luck with yours.
On my main computer I have the orphaned OS Birra mentioned, ME. It suffices. And on the other computer I use Win 95. I don't care what anybody says--95 was good, and many computer geeks have agreed with me.
But I agree with BlackHeresy--go Apple! I love mac computers. Haven't got one yet, but I'm usually online on my iPod Touch, which I think says something. Hee hee.
I run Photoshop and Paintshop, without issues; mayhap you a driver/hardware issue?

All previous OS' were derived from the previous. Vista is the first one made from scratch in the internet age.
Hundreds of apps are released every day, and as the internet permeates everything these days and is constantly changing and evolving, so too must Vista.
Granted, it was released prematurely and in a clumsy fashion, but the main focus was on security, which it manages quite well. And you've got to admit, it is very pretty :D mmmmtransparency...
Besides, patching is God's way. For every patch Vista improves.
But Mac is still Mac, which is several buttons and keys short of a full set. XP

Next time you're pulled over for speeding, explain that you're simply exercising your first-amendment right to freedom of speed.
