So today has been a very good birthday! It has been busy, but truly a great day. Dinner at my favorite restaurant, time with family, lots of calls with singing, and my moms homemade cherry cheesecake! It's a labor of love so she only makes it twice a year.... once for my birthday and the other time for my sisters birthday. So now, I am home, settled on the couch, in my comfy clothes and enjoying a slice of this amazingness! Life is good. :)

Today I am working on the house cleaning/chores. I enjoy a certain genre of music while I do these type of domestic things, of course there are times that I change it up depending on my mood. I do tend to keep it this same genre though. I LOVE to listen to the music of the 1930's through the 1950's, everything from The Glenn Miller Band, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin and more.

What sort of music do you enjoy while tending to your home?

Had a customer make a rush order yesterday, her daughter needed a little girl bat for a school project so a little girl bat is what I created. Pics are in my portfolio for those interested in seeing the cute little bat. I am quite pleased with how it came out, and where better to share a bat stuffy that I made than here! I may have to make more and put them in my little shop one day... maybe even make myself a big one!
