You join a club, it's open to anyone at no cost- as long as you follow the rules. You can pay for extras if you want, but it's not mandatory. You can work your way up in benefits, benefits you can have as long as the club owner allows it. So- if you join the club, walk around the clubhouse telling everyone how much you despise the club and all those who lead it... chances are your request for benefits will and *should* be denied.
This is not something that should shock anyone. Don't treat your "clubs" like that. You want to take advantage of everything the club has to offer? Treat it with respect.
