Oh they do endure it. But they are tired of it... There is no reason why they should have to deal with continuous offers when they've made it clear they aren't interested.
That's like saying that if I'm strong in my sexuality I should be flattered by advances from other women. Sure it'd be great at first but everything gets old.

I guarantee that if I started asking for trades without asking if the member in question is interested or not, a ton of drama would be started.

I'm being nice when I ask that people leave my members alone, because we all stay to ourselves and we are happy that way. I don't go after other covens members because it's sneaky.
Any trade or induction I do is 100% honest

I'm pretty sure this journal wasn't meant to bring drama by pin pointing out names. This is so unnecessary and uncalled for so take your drama elsewhere.

I will say its totally wrong to go to other covens and recruit members. Our coven doesn't do this we induct. If a member has been recruited that coven that recruits that member should have thought to find out from that member is he or she is an active member. Do not wait later and find out if they ended up recruiting a inactive member then start whining and complaining about it.

As the leader of 2 covens and the ACM of a jail cell coven you either induct the member yourself or you take the proper steps to get the member from another coven. For example lets start with the fact that the admins within a coven need properly trained for instant ACMs should not be sending strange messages out stating members will be joining their covens without a proper conversation that is not only rude but reflects badly on said coven they serve. If my ACMs would send messages like this they would not be ACMs because they arent properly trained to handle such affairs. Now when it comes to getting a member from a different coven it started with the member talking to their CM and asking for a trade when this occurs the CMs discuss pricing after the trade is complete all bets are final....as a CM if you go after a member you think is active and find out they arent sucks to be you.....its called doing homework before trading.

Exactly. It's just super sneaky and no one is happy with the aftermath of it. I wouldn't ask my acms to go after people in another's coven and basically try and coerce them to leave, making things up along the way.
It's way easier to induct people correctly in the first place.

I was trained by some of the best CMs on this site....they were strong leaders and they pushed their members to become strong as well. I pick my staff in my covens based upon their strengths not how sneaky and untrustworthy they can be. I as a Coven Master refuse to do business with covens that act like this....Matter a fact I have a well known policy within my covens and you can ask any ACM I have no trades are done by them unless its them inducting themselves. I also only conduct business with CMs unless the ACM of that coven is highly trusted by me.

Maybe it would be a good idea for covens to have a rule for their acm's no recruiting allowed.
