A fine resource book if you wish to know the details of an organized enemy of the vampires in the WoD.



But within its pages you will learn precious little about the vampires. It will therefore not satisfy you in that respect.



But it serves to help understand the largest structure of Hunters society. A better book, in my opinion, is The Hunters Hunted, which deals with all of the potential groups against the Vampires specifically.
