Many I have met say they regret some things in their past. I have a slightly different opinion. I regret nothing. I have my reasons... the following changed my life forever. If this event didn't happen, I would never have met my husband, or been led down this amazing path...


April 5th 2010 at around 9 am I awoke to smoke and flames bursting through my windows. I was lucky to have made it. I was sleeping while the fire was growing... Thanks to Bob Kindel and the Firefighters of Ashland and Framingham everyone made it out safely, all except my two kitties Moo and Shadow.. May they rest in piece. Velcro, my current 9 year old kitty did make it. He was the last to be brought from the smoldering building.

Things happen in life that are tragic. I have put MUCH less credence into tangible possessions as they could be gone at any moment. The following are some comparison photos of my apartment. The before and afters:
