My name is Leanne aka Vespa...but I am a welsh lady by nature. I started this profile about a year ago to make some unique and fun friends. And now, a year later, I have started my own life, made a few mistakes and have learned to live my life by my own rules. Alot has changed here on VR and so have I. I am now very much in love and about to be engaged. I am very blessed to have met him. We just celebrated our one year last weekend!! Aside from that, I am a pretty happy-go-lucky kinda gal.

I have been asked about my views on music, culture, religion, politics, art, and literature. Well, to start I recently uploaded a music player to my profile, so that answers that. Culture? My heritage is Welsh, Irish, but I enjoy many different cultures. I lived in Las Vegas for a few years, so that culture shock has left me rather open to others. I do hope to travel the world someday. I want to see the pyramids, high fashion Japan, Paris, ride the gondola in Italy. I want to see an opera at the Opera House in Sydney Ozzy, and I want to vacation in Madrid. Religion and politics are not a favorable subject on VR, so I shall leave that be, apart from saying I practice nothing.

My favorite painter is Thomas Kinkade, and when asked why by a fellow member Fizbop, I told him because Thomas Kinkade's paintings are absolutely beauitful. They depict an alomst fantasy world, and yet, there are places like that in the world, he makes the world look as though if you see it right you would see that it can be magical. He is a modern day impressionalist. I hope to one day own all of his work.

As for literature...I love to read. I can say the worst book I EVER read was in high school, The Old Man and The Sea by Ernest Hemmingway. The best book I read in high school was The Great Gatsby...written by F. Scott Fitzgerald. (thanks guys for the tip) Now my favorites books all together were once Anne Rice's vampire chronicles, as it has been a very popular series in the vampire fan society.

After reading all of her books I found another three book series written by Anne Rice under the name A.N. Roqulaure. The first book is called The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, the second book is titled Beauty's Punishment, and the third, Beauty's Release. These books tell the story of the well known fariy tale of Sleeping Beauty and her kingdom asleep due to a curse set by the evil witch Maleficient. The princess Aroa is awakened and her kingdom is restored by a Prince Charming who rides in and gives Aroa the kiss of love. These books I speak of are very similar, but with a very erotic twist. These books can only be found in the erotic section, and I recomennd them to everyone. They will simply blow your mind.

Recently though, I have read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyers, and simply fell in love. I was beside myself with excitement when I went to her website and found 264 pages of the book called Midnight Sun Stephanie Meyers started! It's the first book twilight written completely from Edwards perspective, and it's amazing. She stopped writing it altogether when it was leaked onto the internet. After coming to terms with the betrayal she decided to give post all she had written of the book, the first 12 chapters on her website for her honest readers to enjoy. I am currently on page 116, but my mother, another huge fan, finished it.

For those reading this who are also big fans, the last chapter ends just before Edward takes Bella to the forest for the first time to see him sparkle in the sun. I know...that's what I said. Stephanie describes Edward as overthinking everything about Bella...he does, but it is quite humorous, and amazing...please read it!

So...there is a little bit more of an insight into the mind of Vespa, I hope you have enjoyed. Perhaps if i am up for it I shall add to this in the coming months, but this should do for now.
