Hello and welcome to my abode, here on the Rave.
This isn't my first time here, so no welcomes are needed. :)
I must first say, that I'm typically very quiet, both in real life and past experiences on VR. So if you message me I may not respond, it truly depends on what you have messaged me about. I'm not the best conversationalist.
Quiet. Intelligent. Perfectionist. Cultured. Pessimistic. Sarcastic.
I thinks those few adjectives describe me best. I was born and raised in the South. Yes, if you ever talk to me I have an accent, I can't hide it.
My heritage consists of Scottish (Celtic), French, Romanian, Native American (Cherokee & Seminole) and Russian. The most dominant is my French heritage.
I'm finally starting to put the pieces together, and make my self image and just figure out what direction I'm going to take in my life.
I have always had an interest in the occult. Even though I have basically grown up in Christian private schools. However though I go to Christian school, I'm agnostic. I pretty much have learned to keep my mouth shut and not point out how contradictory the idiots that I go to school with are.
I'm also in an extremely happy relationship. A committed relationship. I love my Schnitzle with every fiber of my being. He makes my world go round. :)
Books, my escape out of this world.
I have a very large part of my heart dedicated to literature. I love to read, and write my own stories if I'm up to it. If you can't tell by my artistic tastes I'm into the more darker side of things.
My favorite series of books by far is the "Blue Blood" series. I have read the "Twilight" saga and I enjoyed it. Is it my favorite description of vampyres, no.
I have an obsession with Shakespearean plays.
My favorite Poems, are as follows in no particular order:
Divine Comedy, The Raven, Spirits of the Dead, The Happiest Day The Happiest Hour, and A Poison Tree.
My favorite books and short stories:
Call of Cthulhu, Fall of Lucifer, Angels and Demons, The Alchemist, Intensity, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Grim Tales, Salem's Lot, The Shining, Dracula, and Blood & Chocolate.
Music, the melody of soul and life.
Over the years my music taste has shown through in my style of clothing. I will always be an indie rocker.
Some of my favorite bands:
Regina Spektor, Eisley, The Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, Chester French and iMonster. There is more, but my mind is drawing a blank. :|
I am a self proclaimed movie buff. I also watch enough television to rot my brain.
My preferred TV viewing:
Gossip Girl, True Blood, Top Chef, Hells Kitchen, Nurse Jackie, Hawthorne, Bleach, and NYC Prep.
My all time favorite movies:
Dark Knight, Across the Universe, Chicago, Superbad, Step Brothers, Babylon A.D., Lady In The Water, Romeo and Juliet, Nosferatu, Alice in Wonderland, and Schindler's List.
