There is not just one thing that defines me. I am made up of many things. I am both The North and The South. I am drawn to both The Darkness and The Light.
There are times when I prefer just a faint glimmer of Light in the Darkness, which at times has been my saving grace, reminding me that there is always a shimmer of Hope. For there is no light without darkness. It doesn't matter how many times the flames have burned me, at times it feels like I am the moth drawn to the fire. Even though the moth knows that getting too close will set it's beautiful wings on fire, it still goes to it blindly.

I will be forever that girl whose eyes light up with excitement when the sky is colored beautiful, almost as if Mother Nature used every color in the rainbow. I love to sit out on my porch in the early hours when the sun is rising and watching to see as the colors reach out from the last glimpse of Darkness and the Sun rises again bring a brand new day with endless possibilities.

For those that know me, they will tell you of my love of all animals. Although I have a great love for the felines of all sizes, they are not the only ones. I was raised in the saddle so to speak and have been riding since I was a young girl. I have owned a variety of horses over the years, but my most cherished have been the Arabians.
