I think i understand why you are rating 1's, you are tring to get the all time lowest score.  If this is your goal, why don't you just try rating a ten, ask  everyone for a 1. I would first go back and recover some of the low rates you left, then explain yourself to everyone, and tell them you just want to be first on the list. you could probably never be at the best/top spot, so you wanted the lowest/first spot.  I'm sure everyone will understand.  it is a pretty smart idea, but you shouldn't have to piss people off to do it.  i will give you a 1, because i believe this is your goal. i am not being mean, and it is not because you rated me low. if you ever decide to change your rate for me i would appreciate a kind rate. i am also willing to consider rerating your page to a higher number if that is your desire. good luck to you.
