I do not grant automatic 10s. I rate according to content. If your profile is well thought out, then you got a 10 unless there was something I found trashy or offensive. I rarely rate those under level 20 a 10 because most of the profiles are under construction. If you have updated your profile and would like for me to re-rate you send me a message and ask me for a re-rate and I will be happy to take another look.
