Hi!

My name is Alex, and here I am known as Ahriman...

I started taking photography more serious about two years ago... and since then I tried to learn and evolve...

Nature is my favourite subject... because is in continous changing... and because is the mother of us all...

I usually take pictures when I go in a trip... and since I don't have the possibility to make many trips, I have long dry periods in which I try to shoot what can I found in or around the city, which isn't that much... But then, at home, with a little help from the computer, I try to enhance a feeling or emotion by playing with the colors... and to make the picture say what I feel...

I don't like to edit the pictures too much... that is why you'll never find any advanced editing in my photos... I use Lightroom just to enhance the picture, not to make it different...

In my opinion, no software will help you improve your pictures if the original shot was poorly... and even with merging two or more pictures, that is still... not photography....

Usually, it takes few years to become a good photographer... or to find your calling on the subject... I am still at beginning but I try to improve... wish me luck!
