sometimes when negative energy is being thrown at you,you may not wish to use a shield and perhaps you wish to just deflect or attack it or perhaps even counter attach the person or being who is sending such negative ill willed energy towards you,well that is when the use of an energy defense tactic will come in handy
you can visualize the energy defense technique to be in the form of a ball or in the form of a lightning bolt
now you will have to program this energy matter and that is done by putting feelings and emotions in it
you can also place in this energy many different kinds of pain and sufferings such ass....
burnings of fire
scolding hot water
itching of poison ivy or stinging nettle
cuts by glass or by blades
suffocation
fear
sadness
depression
suicidal thoughts
distraught images
irritating sounds
injection of illegal drugs
all of these kinds of things give off different senses and feelings and can manipulate anyone to feel the way you wish them to feel
now i will give one technique for you to learn from
Energy Defense,The Depression Attack
now do the breaths of meditation 4 breaths in,hold it for 4-6 breaths,release it for 4-6 breaths and continue to repeat this
now imagine a small lightning bolt appearing from your belly button area
imagine it growing larger and larger until it is about 3 or 4 feet long
as it grows imagine it to be the color of bright white energy and as it gets bigger the color changes and gets darker until it is a muddy grey color
picture the energy swirling in a sluggish manner
now program this lightning bolt energy with sorrow,with sadness
with thoughts of having no body or nothing to live for anymore
imagine thoughts of being hated among any other negative feelings and emotions going into this energy defense attack
now picture all of this radiating very strong in your energy weapon
now visualize it going and zapping your target and imagining your target being overcome by all these terrible feelings
well if you followed these steps properly then i congratulate you on creating a self defense energy weapon
now just remember the possibilities are endless
