It's a sad and unfortunate truth of being a woman and more should be educated on such things. Better still women should be educated better and given more resources to prevent unwanted pregnancy, but it still comes down to whether those themselves having the abortion believe that it is truly necessary. The emotional problems that often follow many such unthought out abortions and even some that were well thought out are a problem in and of themselves. My advice to any that are prochoice like myself. Know what you can, and learn about your body and the positives and negatives all around, including birth control, and sterilization, as well as whether or not you may be at risk for a dangerous pregnancy. Knowledge is power. We have it. Now we must use it. A wonderful article. Thank you for sharing
