1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Valerian root
Make this before going to sleep. Mix all the ingredients and boil until boil. Let it cool and take out the sesame seeds and valerian root out.

A cup of boiling water
13 drops of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
