I have been pushing hard at work to keep up with customer demands and inventory shortfalls. Pace has been accelerating rapidly at work. We have had a 60% increase in business and product line the last three years running. Way too fast a pace with our current production structure. Having an operations manager has helped as it allows me to focus more on the chemistry and less on the strategy of production.



I found the end of my rope and tied a knot in it by taking a sick day for rest and recuperation. I hope this allows me to bounce back tomorrow. I doubt it as I am very worn thin.
