So, my friends and I went to a concert in Modesto last nite. We were going to see Creature Feature and Wednesday 13. There were other bands playing as well though.
When we got there, we found out that Wednesday 13 cancelled, and found out later from one of the guys in Creature Feature that it was because he was having problems with his collar bone from when he broke it. So, we were disappointed, but the night turned out pretty damn good. Creature Feature was awesome.
The guys are super nice. We all got their autographs and talked to them for awhile. We plan to see them again in Sacramento next month when they play with the Stolen Babies.
Last nite was my second time seeing them, as I saw them when I went to Bats Day at the Fun Park. Its gonna be fun, cuz we invited them to play Guitar Hero with us at my friends house, and they seemed pretty cool about that.
The night summons like an unquenched love, beckoning with the promise of dark desire.

WILL ADD MORE AGAIN SOON....
I bought a crystal healing pack the other day and I'm really hoping that its going to work for me. I'm hoping it will help me out with my depression mostly.
I'm also hoping that some of the other stones will help with other bodily ailments that i have been having problems with also. Eh, so wish me luck, so far I've cleansed them and dedicated them, now just to activate them and start using them.....
ok...I fucking, no I FUCKING hate little scene kids. I went to a concert, taking my 16 yr old sister to see Escape the Fate, I like them too, so it was fine at first.
First of all I had no idea what to expect from the show and the other bands. So, the other bands were: Love Hate Hero, Dance Gavin Dance, Bless the Fall, ad etc...THey were all screamo type of bands and I dont really understand how ppl can like that type of music.
So, with my not knowing what to expect, I dressed like I regularly would if it were a regular type of concert I would attend. SO I had on my 4" platform boots, we got right up front, but then as the bands started, everyone started pushing forward.....remember I am in 4" platform boots when it started. Teenagers are a pain in the ass. I had to put my spikes on to push some bitches back, and then later, some asshole decides hes not budging, even though security is asking everyone to move back, so i sock the asshole and tell him to back the fuck up, and he pushed right back, and then i push harder and he gets pissed and turns around and yanks on my dreadfalls. What a dickhead!
By the time ETF came on, I was feeling kinda faint. But I knew I had to stick it out, cuz there was no way I was getting through the crowd with my boots. The show was great, er at least ETF was. Max looked even prettier in person and Ronnie was sexy....Yum yum yum....
but im upset that my phone didnt save any of the pics i took during the show. cuz we were right up front....and they were great shots. oh well....im sure i might see them again....and i will be more prepared for a scene kids show
This band fucking rocks! I get to see them next week! Whoo hoo!

Once upon a time,
There was a very old star. And this very old star shined on a very old tree. And in this very old tree there lived a very old rat. And this very old rat sang a very old song. And this very old song told a very old story of a long time ago before the faeries went away.
Now, everybody knows that a faery cannot die,
For death is made of bone and flesh and blood and mortal things,
But faeries are not flesh- they are instead of
wispy, weepy, willows, and they live as long as they have got their wings.
One night, a faerie found a mortal walking near her lake,
And he gave her quite a panic ans she gave him quite a start,
And when the morning cam ans she crept back home so quietly,
'Twas not a faerie soul could tell she'd given up her heart.
Now I know I needn't tell you what it is to fall anf fall and fall and
fall untul you've given up your life to one you love,
And the only way that she could stay in his arms was lose
her charms, laugh and cry and live and die as any mortal does.
And finally, that fateful night se flew into this very tree
Where you can see she hid her store of treasures through the years.
And when she flew out, she looked about, and oh, the strife, she had
a knife, and thus began the tale that could only end in tears.
So! She flew to find her lover, and he took her undercover
to a little room, as bride and groom, where they might share a bed,
And before she had the chance to lift her knife and end her
faerie life by cutting off her wings to live a mortal life instead,
He had caught her up into his arms, and said "my dear,
don't be alarmed, but all the gentle kindness I have shown
is at its end, but, why cry you so? Its time for you to know
my favorite game, to murder, maim, and tear the wings off winged things, my hand I humbly lend."
Then he opened up a case and watched the blood drain from
her face as one by one, he proudly rearranged his conquests large and small.
Beetles, bees, and gnats, and even bats, in tiny jars, their wings
detatched, "and yours," he said, "will be the crowning glory of my wall."
Then! Excited as a cruel child who de-wings flies and never cries,
He took what she so gladly would have given on her own,
But where she had planned a swift, clean cut, his love demanded
nothing but a massacre, where once wings where he wanted only bone.
Then he began his attack and tore the wings right from her back
All dripping gore, as she turned mortal and her silver blood ran red.
In that sickly, scarring second, she could feel the pain of
hundreds, thousands, millions, bloody, shocked, and screaming all inside her head.
After what could be a minute or an hour, she was silent
And had shut her eyes so tightly that it could have been a dream.
When she finally felt it safe to look around her, she was
all alone, and there, crushed in the corner, were her broken wings.
A scream....
...like none that you have ever heard, a scream so loud and long,
the "mad-doctors" come to find her and, the fools, they think she's gone,
Yes, she must have gone and cut herself and must
be made ot pray. So they took her to a cold dark house
in a cold dark street in a cold dark town, and once
they had her locked behind bars, they rode away...
'Twas I who followed that poor child from that first night to this,
How wild, and fair, and free she once had been before she was abused...
Now she sits inside her cell, just me, a plagued rat to tell
the tale of how she, to mortality, was cruelly intorduced...
The need for happy endings is a relatively modern one,
A superficial scratch reveals a shady, shabby lie
For a fate far worse than death is to become a living girl...
The only wings that you can hope for
Are an Angels when you die....

Did you know sometimes it frightens me
when you say my name and I can't see you
will you ever learn to materialize before you speak
impetuous boy, if that's what you really are
how many centuries since you've climbed a balcony
or do you do this every night with someone else
you tell me that you never leave
and I am almost afraid to believe it
why is it me you've chosen to follow
did you like the way I look when I am sleeping
was my hair more fun to tangle
are my dreams more entertaining
do you laugh when I'm complaining that I'm all alone
where were you when I searched the sea
for a friend to talk to me
in a year where will you be
is it enough for you to steal into my mind
filling up my page with music written in my hand
you know I'll take the credit for I must have made you come to me somehow
but please try to close the curtains when you leave at night
or I'll have to find someone to stay and warm me
will you always attend my midnight tea parties
as long as I set your place
if one day your sugar sits untouched
will you have gone forever
would you miss me in a thousand years
when you will dry another's tears
but you say you'll never leave me
and I wonder if you'll have the decency
to pass through my wall to the next room
while I dress for dinner
but when I'm stuck in conversation
with stuffed shirts whose adoration
hurts my ears, where are you then
can't you cut in when I dance with other men
it's too late not to interfere with my life
you've already made me a most unsuitable wife
for any man who wants to be the first his bride has slept with
and you can't just fly into people's bedrooms
then expect them to calmly wave goodbye
you've changed the course of history
and didn't even try
where are you now
standing behind me
taking my hand
come and remind me
who you are
have you traveled far
are you made of stardust too
are the angels after you
tell me what I am to do
but until then I'll save your side of the bed
just come and sing me to sleep
