Today, I will not accomplish anything. I will run around as if I was a chicken without a head. My disoriented morning will catapult me into a slow and uncompromising attitude about the afternoon. Today will be wasted.

Yes I said it. I'm not going to back down from my steadfast mission of doing nothing. Pester me all you want, but nothing is going to happen. You can't make me :P

I read this one too and when I finally deciphered it, I nearly puked, myself. All I can say is I truly hope this person doesn't really know what a pediophile actually is.

Is it just me or is this terribly vague and contradictory?

I have slacked off when it comes to exercising for the past couple of weeks (err months) due to a never ending cold, the holiday season, and an over all hectic schedule.

But it is time to get back on track.

I hit the gym today and did 4 1/2 miles on the elliptical, 100 crunches, 50 push-ups, and some weights. I over estimated my capabilities, and now my arms hurt. But it's a good ache.

The real question is, can I keep this type of exercise regime up? It's not hard, just merely requires that I get in the car and drive to the gym. Funny how that little detail has in the past been my perpetual down fall.

I am being so unproductive today. I think I'll leave here soon and hit the gym for an eliptical pick me up.

There are so many competing interests this evening. Between Michigan primary results, the democrat debate in Nevada, and a UK basketball game- I don't know which one to be the benefactor of my attention.

Election results can be a fun roller coaster- especially when there is a supposedly tie between three or even four candidates. I really want Mitt to win just so that McCain’s momentum is blocked.

Debate drinking games can make politics fun for the even the apathetic. One drink every time a candidate says universal health care, global warming, fiscal responsibility, and education. Two drinks anytime a candidate says Bush, recession, Iraq, or 9/11. Finish the drink if they mention prosecuting anyone from the Bush administration.

The third option- the University of Kentucky’s versus Ole Miss. My love of UK basketball predates my political interest, and now more than ever my team needs support. They are off to one of the worst starts in the history of the program, yet they pulled off a major upset versus #11 Vandy.

I love my Wildcats, but what does it say that I'd rather watch a sporting event rather than to watch the unfolding political realities that have the potential to save us from what I consider the decline of America (*if you disagree, check out the markets, the value of the dollar, the gdp, our unsecured borders, ports, airports etc, our schools, or our military readiness)

Damn it, I just talked myself back into watching the debate along with the ticker of election results.
