On the surface this appears to just be a regular acolyte question where perhaps a lower level member is having difficulty accessing information. The only problem with the theory though is that it comes from a Sire and a Coven master nonetheless.

Maybe there should be a test to determine whether or not you have enough VR knowledge to be a leader of a VR coven. Like the acolytes, leaders of any society should have enough experience to at least look up the answer to their question in the Manual, FAQ, and other pages. Whelps get an easy button, but Sires shouldn't.
