Choose your favorite ribbon from a gift you received at Yule. The ribbon should be at least 13" long. Cleanse, consecrate, and empower the ribbon in the name of the goddess Rosemerta(goddess of abundance) for year long prosperity. Tie 9 knots in the ribbon, reciting the following charm:

By the count of one, this spell's begun

By the count of two, prosperity's due

By the count of three, I'll have no more need

By the count of four, abundance galore

By the count of five, this spell's alive

By the count of six, prosperity's fixed

By the count of seven, blessings given

By the count of eight, I seal my fate

By the count of nine, praise Goddess divine!

Keep the ribbon in a safe place all year through. If you experience a bit of a drag any time during the year, you can re-empower the ribbon and carry it with you until the need is fulfilled. Then put the ribbon back in the safe place. On the following New Years Day, thank the Goddess for Her gifts to you, de-magick the ribbon, and burn it. Then empower a new ribbon.

Visualize the lost article. Surround it with a golden light and attach a silver cord to it. Mentally draw the cord to you until the object is in your hand. Forget about it. The object should show up in the next hour or so, but it could take much longer. Just forget about it. If it is to come back to you, it will. If you feel you were not focusing properly, do it again at a later date.

One note here, gems and stones should never be considered lost. When you have outgrown them, they pass on to others who need them more. Never be unhappy over the lost of a crystal of a favorite gem. Know it has gone to where it is needed most.
