I had to go back yesterday to the hospital to get the last mri done of my back. So this morning I called Dr. Slivka, to make an appointment to see what he sees. But hes going to be out of the office until the 12th. So I made the appointment in the afternoon. The bills have started coming in and also a survey to fill out for the hospital about their service. Not going to be a good one.



Im going to try to go home and spend sometime there tommorow but will be coming back to my moms. If I can take care of myself tomorrow I might spend the weekend. just wait to see how it goes.

I keep thinking about the accident. So Ive thought about writing about it. I know i wrote about it already but it was short. its been almost two weeks, and still having trouble with the lower back and right shoulder. Why is it doctors never give you enough pain meds? The vicodin and the muscle relaxers worked just fine. and he also gave me ibuprofen, six hundered milligrams. thats fine.



I have a walker the doctor said to use and to rest. in truth I want to go home. but until i can walk up a flight of stairs on my own. i have to stay put. The right rotator cuff will definitly need surgery. as for the lower back lumbar, not sure what can be done. All state Insurance company is the woman's insurance. They said to start sending them the bills and they will pay them.



I had an mri done monday, was supposed to have two but got to coughing and couldnt stop so i have to go tomorrow to get the second one done. then its back to the doctor to see what he wants to do. i pretty much did things on my own when i had the left rotator cuff surgery. only thing i couldnt do was wash my hair.



Im hoping that i will be able to take care of myself after that. I know mom would rather have me stay here. but i just want to go home.

Aunt Geneva has been speaking to the insurance agent thats handleling my case. She says they will give me a big settlement if I choose not to take them to court. Im just not ready to discuss that part yet. i just want to get well enough to go home. then I see what has to be done yet.

last monday, while walking to pay my rent I was hit by a car in the cross walk. the lady that hit me was 89 years old. Am not able to use my right arm. All I saw was a flash of blue and hit the pavement. I went to my doctor today and was told I have a right shoulder rotator cuff, which will require surgery, left lower back fracture. Am using a walker to get around. The vicodin and muscle relaxers are helping but at this time Im not able to take care of myself. So Im staying at my mothers. the lady did have insurance. The whole thing is surreal. I still cant get my mind wrapped around that Ive been hit by a car.



My next door neighbor Charity and Ian have been taking care of my house and my cats. The cats are not happy with me at the moment. I want to go home but know i cant stay.



Its going to be a long painful road. got no choice right now except to go through it.

The good thiung is that she has insurance and you wont have to deal with that type of mess, My sister in law got hit on Thanksgiving my a guy who was drunk had no liscence and no insurance and her truck was totaled and she is still oin physical therapy.



I hope all goes well and that atleast make it so your comfortable.
