I am looking forward to the new Les Misérables musical that's coming out on Christmas. I saw the live show with my parents at the Pantages when I was back in high school, but I can't for the life of me actually remember most of the music. It just never stuck with me, not like Phantom or Wicked. However, I love the story. And, at least this way I'm forking out about a quarter less to see it in the movies than I would to see it live again. Albeit, it's a bit of a bastardized version, since the film adaptations never have all the music in them, but the fact that the scenery will be more expansive than what they can fit on a stage makes up for it. And as I said, I don't actually remember most of the music anyway, so I don't think I'll miss out. If nothing else, it's just to stanch my curiosity. I only hope it's not as bad as that Phanom of the Opera adaptation was. Good god, that movie almost killed my love for all things PotO related.
This is the one scene in the whole musical that really stands out in my mind. I can hear the song vividly, and see how it all played out just as if I was back watching it on stage again. This is the one amazing scene from the whole play.

ps I know its a typo, I just felt like commenting and start a conversation, since I am bored and stuck home being force to rest to heal... sadly the side effect is that the boreness (sp) makes me do confusion things :p
enjoy your day :) and smile, life is to short to forget to smile :)
So, yeah, I am in love with my phone. It is super fast and just completely awesome. I think what I love best though, is the fact that I can video chat on Skype and such. Front facing cameras are fantastic! Well, I assume that's what you can do, I have yet to try it out. I need a test subject... any takers?

What type of phone is it?
It's the Samsung Galaxy S III.
That's a kickass phone. I like experencing all the different platforms. I've done Android, have the Windows Phone now, and have the latest iPod Touch en route (belated birthday present). That'll give me the iPhone fix (can't get iPhone with TMobile in the USA as of yet).
If I were to go Android again, I'd go for the phone you have.
My mother and I went and saw Lincoln today. And, it surpassed my expectations. It was the best movie I have seen in a long, long time. Absolutely fantastic. The acting was superbe, the story was fantastically written, and it was overall just awesome.

I LOVE well-made historical films!
Heard great reviews and can't wait to see it myself.
You know what I find hilarious? Exactly one third of the Acolyte team is myself. Four out of five accounts hold the position. It would be a complete five for five if leveling wasn't such a chore. Four of the twelve Acolytes are my accounts. I just find that funny.

HOLY COW that is Hysterical. Erm... to read anyway. I wouldn't be able to say much about Narration and Dramatic Irony, since I lack in the writing department. >.>
This is the rest why I read the twilight series and I am so happy that you post this,Nicole. Way too funny lol. I am wondering if she would this for 50 shades of awful lol.
December 14th needs to get here fast. The Hobbit looks amazing. So wonderfully amazing.
It's been a Daft Punk kind of day. Been listening to their music pretty much all day today. And, I just got finished watching Interstella 5555, which I haven't seen in ages. I heart Shep, just sayin'. But yeah, I realized that I don't listen to enough Daft Punk. I really ought to remedy that.

That was priceless. If only it had been instead of Something About Us.
Yay! I was listening to Daft Punk yesterday too. Great minds think alike? :)
So, I'll be sending out a few Christmas Cards this year. But, like many others, I will not be joining the sitewide exchange. So, if you'd like on my meager list, let me know. I will probably be including a little something extra. I feel like drawing, and I want to do something cute for everyone. :]

I would love one, please. :). I will return on exchange of course. :)
I forgot to mention (here at least, since I posted a pic on facebook), yesterday I got TARDIS string up lights! Those bad boys are going up in my room once I get home. I actually wanted the Dalek alarm clock, but the only one they had, the demo button didn't work, and I didn't want to buy it only to find out it was broken after I got home and couldn't return it. So, I went with the little string of lights. It was actually between that and a TARDIS cookie jar that did the sound, but, the lights won out, since I am not big on cookies. And, I got some cash so I think I am going to ordering some posters off Etsy. There are a few Doctor Who ones that I have had my eye on for a while now.

They sound really cool and I have to start watching Doctor Who. :)
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years.” ― Alexis de Tocqueville
Just a little something random I was working on today. Titled Let the Wind Erase Me... because I have been listening to too much Assemblage 23 these past few days. And, I have stated before that I like texture, right? Because I really do... Like, a lot.
