I'm going to be that little old lady in the neighborhood everyone loves because she's always handing out yummy baked goods of some kind. I'm also well on my way to being the typical Italian grandmother...manja... ie: you walk in the door I will feed you.

The one good thing through all the hoop-la at UB that stuck with me today is when the adviser looked at me and said, "Wait. You're a nurse?" Why yes, yes I am. *reality of statement sinks in* Holy patient care batman! Of course me being a nurse is the whole reason they don't have a program for me but meh, I'm a freakin' nurse!

Monday bled over into Tuesday....tell it to stop.

I have the fixin's for white chocolate cranberry cookies. Thinking it may be time to do them up as it's been a rough Monday for a few people.

Yeah there's supposed to be a T there but it's acting up all the sudden....only works if I hit it twice...grrr

I will never be able to listen to classical music with any seriousness again....

It's rather difficult to do laundry when there is only two sets of washers and dryers for a building with 12 units. Both are being used at the moment and I need to do a load, just one, that's all I'm asking for. Maybe it will be free by the time I get back from the fabric store.

The interview went REALLY well. She said she had a good vibe about me and is going to check my references and we'll go from there. Hopefully I'll here from them by the end of the week. ^.^
