Spell check people! It's your journal. A place where people can see a little more of you. Don't impress them by looking like an idiot because you didn't go back and spell check your own work. Hell, if you're running Firefox it's built into the programming. That little red line that appears under certain words...it's because they're freakin' spelled wrong.
And to think these people represent the future...I'm scared.
The sun is shining and it just doesn't seem right for today. I want to lose myself in the memory of the rain.
It's been a year and I thought these feelings would fade. They haven't. I don't know if they ever will. I shouldn't but I do. I still love you.
Birra mowing grass + Morri and I scheming = buckets of water and a video camera. :P
That was fun. heh

At least you did it while I was mowing grass... not shoveling snow.
Always a man to find the up side. :) And how much does that video sell for?
I just did the dressing change for my foot and the entire top of my foot is swollen and bruising...it didn't look like that before...might be time to have someone take a second look.
Opinions?

Bruises often look worse before they get better.
Ice it.
I looked into soft tissue damage, and this is what I found out:
"pain, swelling, redness, and instability are the most common symptoms of soft tissue damage.
In the first 48-72 hours following the injury it is important the follow the PRICE protocol - protection, rest, ice, compression and elevation (never apply ice directly to the skin). Ice Packs for a period of twenty minutes every couple of hours may help with the pain but pain-relieving medication may also be necessary.
It is important not to put too much weight on the damaged ankle or foot, so walking should be avoided if possible."
It seems like it may just be a normal reaction to what you were diagnosed with at the ER. But I have to agree with Morrigon, the bruise will get worse before it gets better.
Is it a good thing that I still can't feel my ankle? I can, however, feel the pain in my toe.
My weekend away was wonderful even if it ended with me sitting in the ER. :p Beer, flip flops, and a rain soaked stage do not go well together.

If it is swollen still after a short while, then yes it is normal, although if it doesn't get better you really might want to have it checked out again.
I have been told I sprained my ankle, then found out I shattered my foot.
Did they do an X-Ray?
As a PT, I would say it's definately NOT a good thing that you still can't feel your ankle (though I don't know how long "still" refers to)... I'd suggest getting it checked out...
They did do an x-ray, no breaks, just soft tissue damage. I'll be in a splint for a week.
It's not my ankle that hurts though. I mostly removed the toenail of my big toe in the fall and had to have the toe nail taken off in the ER. That pain is pretty much over riding anything else.
Flip-flops don't go well with anything but a sandy beach...
...FYI...
Ok...EWWW! That is what happen to your toes?
*rat spits*
I hate medical stuff... ewww.
Received my first paycheck as a nurse today. I made in two weeks what I used to make as a pharmacy tech working two jobs in a month. Further justification all that schooling and stress was totally worth it. :D

WOOT!
Dinner is on you! :)
Congrats, hon,
Good feeling that justification, eh?
The awesome thing about having a blender, home made fruit smoothies. Mmmmm, perfect for breakfast on the run.

hmmmmmmm wow you can also add rum >:)
That does sound good- and you've got the best machine to do it with.
I used to be a Store Training Manager for Bed Bath and Beyond, one of the top 5 stores in the nation... I had to learn about every item we sold and why its features and benefits were better than others, so I could teach all the department managers how to sell, and explain the items to customers. Kitchen-Aid was/is top of the line.

When someone has something to say regarding spelling, I usually assume it's me!
But, it's true, Firefox helps!

Of course not VW. Typos I understand, hell, I'm queen of typoese but it's the blatant misspelling that I don't get.
The one that set me off today was cruel spelled crewel... I'm beginning to think my mother pounded proper spelling and grammar a little to hard into my head.

It is either a bunch of misspelling or they use that dreaded "text talk"... Never fully spelling out their words.
It's almost as if I am reading a cryptic message every time I cross one of those entries.
Makes me want to kick something, really badly...

That's why I prefer Firefox than IE, but sometimes it gets on my nerves because I'm used to write English not American.
Anyway yes you're right, I felt ashamed when in April I wrote Happy Eater instead of Happy Easter, damn there is no spell check in the title! Luckily a friend of mine noticed!
