I am really sad today. I found out that at around 6am Friday morning a dear journalist friend of mine passed away. I am really going to miss his lectures and most importantly his advise. He tried to help guide me in my career of choice and he helped me through my divorce and everything else that a friend helps out another friend, the world I live in is dark at the moment, RIP Monkey man, will miss your smile and your tender voice!!!
My trip was very interesting. I had thought my cousin had been dating this woman that he married for a while, unbeknownst to me, my cousin had said he wished to marry and 3 months after the fact he marries. He went to the woman's father and asked if he could court his daughter with the intentions of marriage. Things really work fast in their religion.
I loved my trip. The wedding was nice, different, but still nice.
Branson, Missouri is great even if you don't like country music, which I do not. The museums there are worth the trip alone. The Ozarks were cool also.
Whoever invented this debauchery should have a word with me, damn it!! ADDICTION!!! I just can't have one, no I have to eat many, will power here, struggling, throws bag across the room:-)
Leaving for my trip that has just been extended longer, thanks MOM!!! LOL...Indiana, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas...we might as well take the motor home, :)
I'll miss all of ya, see you when I get back!!!!
Here's to change, here's to hope, here's to rising to the occasion! It feels great to be an American!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats President Obama!!!!!!!
I am realizing today how much I miss this certain person, he's far away across the ocean and although we may be apart now, my heart is always with him, he's near and dear to me and I didn't realize it until it was too late.
I heard from a dear friend today and I am glad to say things are going well for him, I was a bit worried but now I am at ease.
I applied for a few internships, one is a PAID internship and the other isn't, we'll see how that goes.
For it being November, it's really warm today, almost 70 out and being that it's Michigan, it's awesome!!
I have everything ready for my trip to Missouri and all my stuff is boxed up for my move when I come back. I'm excited, can't you tell....kidding:P
Well I'm alive but really tired.
The party was a hit. 8 out of 15 girls showed up and one boy.
There was a wedding and a funeral.
Kaleigh's dad made a life sized coffin and the kids took turns laying in it and got pics taken.
It was a lot of fun and the girls that stayed the night had a blast.
Now I want to sleep for a while:P
