So, I decided to weigh in and check my progress on my weight loss journey. Bad idea. I have been having a little trouble lately on the food end, but nothing catastrophic. I should have kept losing weight and my total is lower than I thought last week. It's just frustrating since I've been working so hard. I'm not giving up this time. My workout partner and I are both losing, though now he's doing better than I am. I'm trying not to lose it and to stay on track. The Biggest Loser has been a big help. I have the cookbook and I've been counting everything I have. I need to step it up I guess.
