it seems that the 4 screwed up disks in my back wasn't enough, now I seem to have messed up #3 cervical spine disk and I'm not even sure how it just started hurting one day last month. Now almost everyday since then I've had a migraine. Last sat. the 13th I had a real bad one.I tried everything to get rid of it drugs, more drugs, meditation more drugs including 2 shots at the e.r. and yet more drugs when I got home. That finally got it under control enough i could sleep. I still had it though the next day but at least it had not gotten worse again. Finally on Monday it was much better and only a slight headache then. The only day since then that I didn't have a migraine was Sat. the 20th. I'm going to try to get in to see my doc later today or ASAP. Hopefully he can figure out what's wrong and fix it.
