OK so I do not sleep a lot or well, topically in 20 minute increments, some days 40 minutes of sleep is all I get and that works for me, I was prescribed pills by my doctor but those leave me trapped in sleep and for people like me being trapped inside a PTSD nightmare is just awful.....anyways, not the point of this journal. I was talking with a friend earlier who kept waking on the 20's of every hour...3:20, 4:20, 5:20, you get it. So I was all like "Oh no I cursed you with the 20's!" To which they just laughed and said " I think it was an acute case of the 20's." Lol, so cute!!
Another thing that brought a smile to me today was being granted permission and being pre-forgiven for my smart ass tendencies! lololol So glad to have such amazing friends!!

I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year's eve, may you all be truly blessed in the coming year. There will be ups and downs, there will be good times and trials and hurdles, but remember you choose to make each day, each moment what it is.
I spent last night doing exactly what I wanted to. with people I truly love and cherish. VW, OS, EO, CTD, False, and a friend of mine I will call D, thank you for making my New Year's Eve so wonderful, each of you are so special, and so loved and I hope you all never forget or fail to understand exactly how amazing each of you are. Each of you have made an impact on my life and have helped me grow as a person, I love you, you rock, and may we share even more laughs this year! I will be there for each of you always.
VW, you will always and forever be my girl crush!!! Prepare for more over the phone smoochie sounds!!!! Luvs ya!!!

I would rather try sedating herbs for sleep than swallowing these pills, not just grass but there are a lot of plants for tea like hops, lemon balm, lavender or valerian. Not a fan of the pharmaceutical industry and I hope not to come across as a smartass 🙃
