Bank / Mortgage Loan Department called. Asked me about a couple that our rental company had a judgment against. Has it been paid?



I just went off. “I remember that couple- destroyed the home. Had to replace the carpet from the burns, stains. Stole the blinds, light fixtures. Kitchen cabinets had to be replaced were they broke the doors off. And I so enjoyed taking their ass to court. The judge, upon seeing the home pictures of before and after- had no problem making the judgment for me.”



“The couple that I had to hunt down after they changed jobs to keep from paying what they owed me? Over a year later found again. The ones I had to go back to court and have their wages garnished? The ones who called and threaten to sue me if I did not release it? And I did get a laugh at that threat"



That is when she asked the only question she cared about. “Did they pay the judgment off?” You just have to shake your head. Here is a couple that will leave owning you money- damage to the home. Will not stand up to accept reasonability for their actions. All they care about is if they paid the judgment?



I asked what bank she worked for- and she told me of a local bank. “Good. I have no money or stock in that bank- so you go right ahead and make a bad loan, and hope the stockholders will understand.”



She is sending me papers to sign that the judgment was paid in full. Looks like they cannot go forward with the loan with out it. Uuh Huh… I see me rushing to sign that paperwork.

Ok this does not make me pissed- just think it is odd. I woke up early - big surprise there :) - and laid in bed to look thru some magazines I had on the nightstand. Terry’s Village- Holiday Edition. Love this one. :)



There is a bathroom set to decorate for Halloween, Jack-O-Lantern. For just over $82.00 dollars you can have a black shower curtain with glowing Jack-O-Lantern with the word BOO! Matching shower curtain hooks, toothbrush holder, towel rack and toilet paper holder you attach to the wall. A soap dish and shower mat. Let us not forget the toilet lid cover and toilet-contoured rug.



Now I do not know about you- but I am not much on sitting on the toilet, doing my business, and seeing a smiling Jack-O-Lantern glowing between my legs. Why do people have toilet seat lid covers anyway? I mean- would it ever be down so you can see the smiling Jack-O-Lantern’s face? Good luck on getting a man to do both of them. lol



It is just odd.

Why does every one and their mothers decide to wash their cars when I do?

Why does the stupid vacuum turn off just as I reach the last floorboard?

Why does the machine eat my coins?

Why did the man who works at the car wash, show me how to “Hit its sweet spot” and get the little cleaning pad out, when I spent the last few minutes cussing the damn thing?

And when did I drive thru a tar pit???

Grrrrrr.

The women who join VR as someone’s property. That pisses me off. You know the ones… someone’s darling, or mate. Its right there- in the user name. I went to a meeting years ago aimed toward professional woman. The first woman to speak- how did she introduce herself? “Hello. I am Mrs. John Smith.” WTF? Her husband was a well-known doctor in town, but still. Wrong place, wrong time.



Is there every a right place? A woman who only wants to be known as an addition to a male? Do not get me started. The young age is an excuse, but not much of one. How do you become someone’s… whatever… if you are never something to begin with?



It just pisses me off.
